Two bedrooms condo/apartment ready for the next guest. Recently renovated, including private parking. Easy access to 70 and 465, within 15 minutes downtown. This place is perfect for people who travel for work or just want to get away from the weekend to relax and enjoy peaceful.
The space
This place is very nice was just renovated, with very nice space bedroom. In the back lot space to relax or take a walk. Laundry room is in the lower level basement.

A work in progress

I never had any response from the property manager before the reservation, though I r ached out multiple times. Final he answered the phone over an hour after our check in time, and told me they just got it ready. The space inside was nice and big. However, there were no amenities like hand soap, extra blankets or the like. There wasn't even a top sheet on the bed and the only sheet on there had a cigarette burn in it. I had to text the property manager to get the WiFi password which was stated on the website to be included. For all the maintenance fees I had to pay I was expecting to have enough towels for us 4 adults, but there were only 2. I think the space has a lot of opportunity to be a great little vacation rental but so far it has a long way to go.

Very clean, Needs Improvement

After reading other reviews I was prepared to encounter some communication difficulties with the property manager and maybe lack of toiletries/towels but even though the property manager would only call/text (he would not use the VRBO platform to communicate) the home amenities were sufficient for us! The major issue we had was that the kitchen was pretty much unusable. We booked a place with a kitchen so we could cook the food we brought with us every day. However, the refrigerator never got all the way cold, so when we threw all of our food in there the first night without realizing it, much of our food had spoiled by the next day. There was no hot water for the kitchen sink, the dishwasher did not work, and multiple burners did not work. The HVAC was on some kind of schedule that was only running in the morning, so evenings in the house were very hot. The door had 3 locks and we were given 4 unlabeled keys, and the door handle was loose and fell off multiple times from the glass door. This place was very clean and we made due for our 5 day visit to the area. The space and bathroom were sufficient for our needs, but until some attention is given to the basic appliances, it is not worth staying for the listed cost.
