Summary:
Welcome to Indy! Thank you for allowing us to host you! Our apartment is 10 minutes from the Indianapolis Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, Fantastic Delicious Restaurants, and excellent tourist attractions. We offer private parking with room for 4 vehicles directly behind the apartment!

The Space:
This Apartment is perfect for anyone looking to visit the heart of downtown and live like a local. It provides more privacy than your normal hotel stay. You'll have a lot more space to stretch out and relax. This apartment is a quick 10-minute drive to Lucas Oil Stadium, & Bankers Life Fieldhouse. You are within reach of everything downtown has to offer without the hustle and bustle of the busy city. We also provide you with free private parking directly behind us. You have at your disposal a full kitchen, Living room & Master bedroom. You also have fast and easy self-check-in so you may come at the best time that suits you and your travel needs, you don't need to check in with me. Most guests love how cute and relaxing our apartment is with free wifi and a smart Roku TV with access to your Netflix and Hulu accounts.

Additionally, The fold-up bed is the 2nd bed option provided. To help plan your stay better please let me know if you are planning to use this option so I can provide linens. These are only provided after the third person is accounted for with the guest count.

We appreciate you giving us a chance to provide the best hospitality while you travel.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood has been reviewed by prior satisfied guest as quite. The Irvington neighborhood is older & has young families with school aged children and grandparents as neighbors.

Getting Around:
You may use Uber, Lyft or a Taxi. Renting a rental car would also give you the freedom view to all of what Indy has to offer at your own leisure. Also the bus route is a 2 min walk to the bus sto

Awful

Ants everywhere. Really bad scary neighborhood. Property owner attempted to send in her cleaning people AFTER our check in. Kitchen stuff was either broken or filthy. Bad/slow communication. Pictures in listing look nothing like reality. Worst place we ever rented.

You get what you pay for

I had seen this place when i was booking for me and my family. The communication was absolutely terrible and I couldn't get a hold of anyone until the day before and that was after multiple messages and calls and voicemails. The description is completely wrong. Downtown is maybe 20-25 minutes away NOT 10 minutes like it says. And the neighborhood is not good at all! We saw several drug deals go on right in front of the house and the people upstairs were smoking marijuana. Then on the inside the linens and towels were COVERED in stains and the floors were filthy! They keep the linens in garbage bags in a broken metal locker on the front porch but will still charge you to come and change them. Even the utensils that were there were COVERED in food. I completely would not recommend this location.

I guess I had higher expectations but for $50 per night I guess you get what you pay for…

The communication was awful! Had sent questions for the owner and went days with out a reply until my wife threatened to cancel, then magically she replied within an hour . Blaming her team of course! Then we never got the code to get into the property until I sent a message the night before, called,texted, and emailed the day of check in … but when I mentioned how ridiculous it was that i hadn’t even had a reply… then all of a sudden I’m getting responses and of course. Stating she got all the messages , voicemail, and text at the same time! Onto the property … there are 2 listing for the property one saying sheets and pillows available for the futon are available upon request no charge. (Which is the listing we chose) called to confirm that and there is a charge of $20 a night! So we brought our own… the “up and coming neighborhood “ was far from that! The neighbor had their AC unit chained to concrete footers!!!! It’s deep in to an area of town that I was not comfortable with and I’m not a person that gets uncomfortable in situations like that… 2 hookers walking with in a few blocks of the property. The floors all slant down towards the back of the house and the kitchen even slants more towards the back corner. When we turned on the shower the drain produced a rotting smell instantly as well as the kitchen sink! There is one chair at the kitchen table where the seat is not attached, my 4 yr old found that out when she fell to the floor while getting up! … we woke up a trail of ants leading from the back door to the garbage can in the kitchen! And the best part… we cam Back one afternoon I noticed the back door was unlocked (we did not go out that door ) and there was mail on the kitchen table! So someone came into the house while we were gone !We took this property to save money due to our plans for Disney coming up … so I guess you get what you pay for!
