This spacious home is great for a family getaway. Location location! Location! Located one block from Ventura Boulevard, walking distance to popular sushi restaurants, and many more dining places. Pretty much everything at your fingertips in the heart of the city. Most importantly Universal Studios is less than 2 miles away, LAX is 25 miles away, Burbank Airport is less than 6 miles away, & Hollywood is roughly a 15 min drive.

Our home is a 3 bedroom house with 2 baths, a living room, dining room and a sitting viewing room. The kitchen has all high end appliances and is a chefs paradise. Bedrooms are very spacious with plenty of closet space. The garden is a zen and peaceful retreat with a fountain and outside grill.

Residential street parking only - 2 parking passes will be provided. Check in details and parking pass location is provided the morning of check in.

The house and property are huge It’s a very nice modern home The neighborhood is great quiet and upscale. My only issues were minor maintenance things. The fountain needs cleaning and a doorknob was loose. The manager came by and said he’d fix them as soon as the property wasn’t rented for a few days Very nice man, responsive Oh and great for my dog. Lots of room and the yard is gated

Cozy home with beautiful view

My family and I stayed here so we can have quick access to Universal Studios. Charming home and property manager was great. No issues. Had everything we needed!

Great place!

We loved our stay. Check in was a breeze, parking was easy, and the space was accurate to the pictures. Also good food options walking distance nearby. Nice, safe neighborhood. Everything was great! Would stay here again.

Excellent location, great stay

This is really a great location - easy to get to, across from a Sprouts, and just a lovely view/open windows. Really enjoyed the patio area also. Getting in was easy. Parking was a little tricky (street parking on small street), but we never had a problem finding a spot nearby. The place was pretty bare, but we had mostly everything we needed. Found the bath towels in the laundry closet. Never did find any kitchen towels, but paper towels were provided. We really had a great stay, and it was a great location for going to Universal Studios and touring the Hollywood hills/Beverly hills. My boys just loved sitting on the lounger looking out the window. TV also worked well with all the streaming services you could ask for!

Wonderful stay in Studio City

Location was excellent. Convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and Universal in a cool area of Studio City. House was as expected from the photos. A great place to stay and the owner was responsive and polite.

Modern and comfortable

We were in LA for 5 nights, a group of 4 of us on business. It was very roomy and up to date. Lots of space to spread out and a gorgeous garden patio space to relax in. Would highly recommend this anytime.!

Gillade: Bekvämligheter

The property is very unique in a positive way. The rooms are all large with a bonus area off the kitchen. Large windows allow you to soak up the view and the sunshine. The only shortfall was in the cleaning area. No dishwasher pellets, tea towels or dish towel. We did enjoy our two night stay and would highly recommend this property.
