Spring Break in Greenville

Upon arrival in Greenville, Christopher communicated that our original rental had an unexpected plumbing issue, but not to worry as he put us up in another location. Unfortunately, I can't review this property as we didn't actually stay here, but we did use the parking lot one night to attend a game at Fluor Field. We did find it to be a great location and a quick and easy walk to the downtown area. As for the place we did stay, it was well appointed, clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying at one of Christopher's properties as communication with him was seamless and his rentals are well maintained.

Will definitely stay here again!

We were in town with friends for an event in downtown Greenville. This location was great! The apartment was really cute, very clean, and had all of the required amenities. Communication with owner was great too. He was very quick to respond. The walk to downtown through the West End enabled us to experience a fun part of Greenville that we had not seen in the past. We will definitely try to stay here again for our next visit to Greenville.

Great little getaway

There are three condos in this little building, and we were right in the middle. Our”neighbors” on both sides were friendly and even the maintenance man was cordial. We didn’t mind a bit, but if you are looking for private, there were a lot of people coming and going, so consider that. The location is superb, just a five-minute drive from all things downtown. We had no issues with parking and we were able to take our small dog with us most everywhere. The property has a private back yard that is great for pups. Christopher communicated clearly throughout our booking process and stay. We enjoyed our time and would definitely rent again for a quick getaway.

Such a beautiful place

This place was so adorable and accommodating. If you have babies their was a crib waiting and bikes. It was so close to dowton. I will definitely come back here . I loved it and the beds were super comfy!!

Awesome getaway

We had a great time! The place is charming and smells fantastic. Very clean! The backyard is pretty big, with a tall privacy fence, which is lovely for our dog. The wall is not entirely enclosed, so keep this in mind if your pet doesn’t recall well or can get away from you. The place is a short drive or walk to the bars and restaurants downtown. We were literally at the heart of the restaurant scene downtown in a matter of minutes after leaving the apartment. The owner provided bikes, but we did not use them as it rained slightly for most of our trip. Chris was very responsive and excellent at accommodating us and answering my questions. I’ll stay here again when we decide to come back. Thanks again for the great memories!

Nice stay

Fabulous location! Walk to West End restaurants, shops and bars in 5 minutes. A 15 minute walk to downtown and all its attractions. Quiet neighborhood. You hear your neighbors in the single story building but nobody was crazy. How to sound proof the building? Small place but adequate for our needs.

Brief getaway

Perfect house for 2 old friends- we met in Greenville for a Bocelli concert and to explore Greenville. House was well situated close to downtown. Owner was extremely friendly and knowledgeable- gave good suggestions to get around town. He was also very quick to respond to questions and asked for suggestions on how to improve! Would definitely stay again.

Anniversary

The vacation was last minute, but we couldn't have been happier. The place was clean and had everything we needed.The bikes that were left were really nice.We brought our dog so it was nice to have a big backyard for her. The location was near everything that we wanted to see. This has been a great experience.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was fabulous. We could easily walk to Hoppin and Main St. The apartment was as advertised and we really appreciated that both bedrooms had smart tvs. The host was very communicative and helped us quickly with a clogged drain (draino to the rescue). We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Greenville.

Comfortable, clean place in a great location

It was perfect for our short stay in Greenville. If we’d had more time we could’ve walked downtown. Instead it was a short drive to Falls park where we had dinner. Our doggie loved it too!

Weekend get away

Sisters Getaway

Our stay was not usual. Most visitors I think just come and not spend a lot of time. Our goal when we left the husbands, children and grandchildren was to do nothing. We had food already prepared and pj’s packed. This was a beautiful place what you see online is what you see on arrival. Our first VRBO experience. It was great. The owner and his family sacrificed their time to check a minor issue with the door. We learned from Him most people are just there to sleep. He asked for suggestions from us to improve the stay for others. We thought that was great. Would we stay again yes we would.

Quick Get away for Mothers Day

My daughters and I made a quick trip to Greenville for Mothers Day. The apt was AMAZING! Cutely decorated and so many amenities that we didnt need to bring anything! Chris was so responsive before, during and after our trip. He gave us good advice and recommended some things to do around town! Would definitely stay here again! Very clean, nice & quiet area very close & walking distance to Main Street.

Long weekend stay from Friday to Monday. This was a perfect nice quiet location with a 5 minute walk to Main St. Close to he Ball park & restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet & we felt safe! The details of the newly remodeled unit left no details out with everything you would need at the comfort of your own home. The Kitchen was fully equipped & supplied with a Kerug, coffee pods & teas, cooking & eating utensil, dishes, pots & pans to cook. We did do some cooking. A short drive to Publix. Everything was laid out for us on the beds with towels & mints. Bedrooms had large flat screen tv almost as big as the living room. They provided mini shampoos & lotions, plenty of toilet paper. The beds were perfect and comfortable...I love foam mattress..(not to hard or to soft) There were bicycles for us to use. The washer & dryer we did not use. Christopher was easy to communicate with & his response was quick. We will definitely use this place again!
