Beautiful loft in a great location. Everything was within walking distance. There was plenty of room for 5 of us ladies celebrating a birthday. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Location on Main St. was amazing! Great space, comfortable, exactly as photos showed. Host responsive. Street noise was not an issue for us at all - and alot of events going on last weekend! Will stay here again - thank you!

The host was readily accessible via message but did provide us the access information for a different unit, which made check in tricky. The unit was spacious, well stocked for a weekend trip, and clean. Guests should be aware this unit is across from a late-night rooftop bar, which made it quite noisy, especially for the loft bed with no door. Would work well for a girls weekend trip, but was a bit loud for traveling with an infant. During the week it would probably be just fine.

The location is really great. It’s close to lots of downtown activities and opens up on Main Street. The parking area entrance is a little sketchy but we got used to it and all was fine. The temp during August was hot and we couldn’t get the place to cool off below about 72 until the last night when temps lowered. There are some box fans that helped. The washer and dryer didn’t work but that was an issue that happened right before we arrived and obviously not Billy’s fault and I do not hold that against him at all. There are two bedrooms and a third bed that is right outside of the upstairs bedroom. Only functional if it’s for your kids IMO. All in all I’d stay here again which to me is always the real way to grade these places out.

Very smooth. Great location. We were a 3 generation family and there was plenty of room for us. The city noise didn’t bother us at all but we expected it based on the Main Street city location.

My family had a fantastic time in Greenville staying in this beautiful loft. It’s clean, spacious, and in the best location. I highly recommend booking here!

SEC women’s basketball tournament

This place was perfect to accommodate five adults, nice living space for relaxing, and very convenient to the arena and various restaurants. Would certainly recommend.

Great downtown location

Property was great for walking everywhere we wanted to go - riverwalk, breweries, restaurants, shopping. Beautifully decorated, comfortable unit. Had to park our 2nd vehicle (small Class B RV) elsewhere, but we did find a spot a couple of blocks away.

College Friends getaway weekend.

Fabulous time in downtown Greenville. Perfect location. Owner was very responsive to a few questions we had. Unique loft experience. Great common area in apartment where we spent time when we weren’t out enjoying the town.

Perfect location!

Communication with owner was pristine. The location of this flat is great. Little noisy with the bar below but to be expected in this great spot. Well appointed, well lit, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed what Greenville had to offer and will definitely be back!

Great location and central to all Greenville has to offer. Spacious loft. The bar below is very loud, and can be loud until 3 in the morning. Even on a weekday.

Caitlin and her 3 guests were in town to go to a Zach Bryan concert and explore Greenville. In the listing I advise that noise can be an issue during and after an event, like a a concert AND I provide sound machines in all bedrooms to drown out any noise. I am also NOT located over a bar. I am located over the Lost Cajun, a restaurant, that closes at 9PM! It is diffcult to understand why someone would book a place knowing there can be noise after concert and complain about it when the issue of potential noise is disclosed. The comment about the loft's location over a bar is not accurate.

Great condo in a great location

This condo is very unique with exposed brick. The living area is decorated quite nicely. The owner is great to work with. The location in downtown Greenville is in the thick of shopping and great restaurants. I recommend.

Fun weekend in Greenville

This property was SUPER for location - within walking distance to everything we could have wanted- great restaurants, bike shop, coffee place, comedy club! The place was super interesting in layout and accommodated us perfectly - parents - another adult couple - and a 17 year old. The owner communicated w/us promptly and would definitely recommend!
