New Construction Townhome Less Than 1 Mile From The Heart Of Downtown Greenville

Welcome to Pinckney Place, a small townhome community strategically located adjacent to the Historic Hampton Pinckney District. Enjoy downtown living less than one mile from Main Street Greenville. It's the perfect spot to stay to experience everything Greenville has to offer; Falls Park, Unity Park, the Swamp Rabbit Trail, shopping, restaurants and more! This townhome is also convenient to many Upstate colleges such as Furman and Clemson, Asheville and the mountains of Western North Carolina, several lakes, rivers, and scenic mountains.

This townhome offers just under 2,100 square feet, 3 bedrooms with each one having it's own private ensuite full bathroom and walk-in closet, perfect for a family or 3 couples. An extra half bath is located on the main living area (2nd floor).

In addition, this townhome has a private workspace in one of the bedrooms and is equipped with 1GB fiber wifi internet service, perfect for remote employees and working away from home.

The main living area (2nd floor) is open with a large granite island, a 5 burner gas range with a griddle attachment, hardwood floors and lots of windows. The kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked. There is a dedicated dining area with table that seats 6 and the kitchen island provides additional seating for 4 to accommodate groups.

The first floor (ground level), offers the first guest room. The 3rd floor offers the second guest room, as well as the primary suite, and also houses the laundry closet.

There are 4 flat screen TV's, one in each bedroom and one in the den. All of the TV's are Smart TV's with HDMI inputs for your streaming devices (streaming devices not provided).

Other amenities include a two car attached garage and an outdoor patio with seating. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Great location and beautiful home

We stayed here for a baseball tournament in the Greenville area. The house was super clean, great amenities, comfy beds and super close to downtown.

Great Location for Furman Graduation

Place was convenient to get to Furman for graduation activities and also was able to walk downtown. Very clean and comfortable place to stay!

Great host and nice experience

My friends and I stayed over the 4th . We love the big space for gathering and cleanness of property. Even though we had no air conditioning in the morning the host was able to find some one to check on it and keep us updated. When they found out it could not be fixed for a few days the money/fees/ and deposit in full were refunded. Thanks so much.

Just a fun trip

Came down to Greenville to check out the area for a possible move some day. Great town, so much to do. We will definitely be coming back. This place was in a great location and easily walkable to downtown. The condo was clean and very nice.

Beautiful Greenville

The townhouse near downtown Greenville was beautiful!!! The community was perfect for taking walks, there was a neighborhood park for my 2 year old granddaughter, and was very spacious for our family of 6. This could easily be an annual trip for the family. One more thing.... The host was helpful before and during our stay.

Pretty place

Very nice property close to downtown. The beds were pretty comfortable. There was some cleanliness issues. The vent filters were filthy, the towels were stained. There was no dishwashing detergent for the dishwasher. Just an overall feeling of being a little dirty in the bathroom floors. Easily fixable because it was really a nice roomy place.

Greenville Condo

My sisters and I stayed at this condo for several days. The location was a short drive to downtown which was incredibly convenient. The option of a 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom stay was perfect for us. The furnishings were basic and functional - nothing fancy. While the condo was generally clean, we found a few issues that we reported to the owner to address for future stays. The place could use some general maintenance but everything functioned as expected. As mentioned in other reviews, the road noise was pretty loud. However, the host does provide noise machines to assist. The host was EXTREMELY responsive which is a huge positive. If you're looking for a reasonably priced stay without frills, this condo is a great option.

Excellent Stay for Girls weekend

Property was excellently maintained. Kitchen well stocked for cooking! Each bedroom had a comfortable bed, nice bathroom and extra blankets and linens. Games for evenings in with friends and family. Nice relaxing stay. TV's were great for each room and shared living room. We enjoyed our stay very much and loved having a garage to park in.

Girls weekend

My friends and I came for a long weekend and we had a great time. The place was beautifully decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Being located on a busy street each room having a sound machine (not sure what they're really called) in each bedroom to drown out traffic noise if needed was a very thoughtful addition. We enjoy walking so it was an easy walk into town and to explore the trails and waterfalls. I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Beautiful and comfortable

We were in town for a wedding. The house is beautiful and very spacious! So much bathroom and closet space!! It was stocked with everything we needed. The house is wonderfully close to downtown! The owner was very responsive. The only small issue we had was the tvs only stream. It was difficult for us but since we weren’t there often to just watch tv, we were fine. I highly recommend!!!

Swamp Rabbit Half Marathon

Two friends and I ran the swamp rabbit half marathon last week and had the pleasure of staying at Pickney Place. The condo was perfect for us! It was so clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend staying there. The location of the condo was good as well. It was easy to get around town to different locations as needed. As another guest mentioned, it is located on a busy road, and you can hear cars going by while trying to go to sleep. Bring a sleep machine or use a white noise app on your phone, and you will be all set.

Very nice property

The home was very nice, communication from host was excellent, location was convenient to what we needed. Two downsides: the location was also next to a somewhat busy highway which resulted in a noise issue for at least one of the bedrooms (bottom level); second issue was the temperature regulation inside. Being 3 levels, the top floor (two bedrooms) was often too warm at the same time that the bottom level (3rd bedroom) was a bit cold. That issue didn't prohibit sleep for us but could for some folks. The inside of the home was super clean, well furnished, and quite modern, with everything the 7 of us needed.

Overall the place was very nice. The kitchen was set up well with appliances, dish ware & some pantry supplies. There were a couple cleaning issues, one of which was addressed by the owner & the other was taken care of by us. An extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom would have been nice as a couple bathrooms ran out. There is definite road noise from Pete Hollis Blvd. to note, however there were sound machines in the rooms to try to compensate. We did enjoy our stay!

What a great Vrbo and wonderful location

Greenville can be a mixed bag in the same area. We felt safe and accommodated while staying quite close to downtown. The entire weekend was the same price as just over one night in a hotel on grad weekend. Would highly recommend this location.

Family weekend

Visiting Greenville for a wedding and sightseeing. Townhouse was perfect for our family. Lots of room and comfortable accommodations. The only downside was the bathrooms could have been cleaned better and the master bathroom had an odor.
