This spacious condo has been totally renovated and is the perfect place for a relaxing stay on the Emerald Coast with your family or friends. Enjoy a peek of the Gulf from the large porch, make the quick stroll to the beach, or hang out at the pool directly across the street. Centrally located in Crystal Beach, just a short walk to great cafés, restaurants, and shopping. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, beach gear, games, and everything else you need for a relaxing stay!

This is a renovated one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo with hallway bunk beds and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub. The shared pool and hot tub are directly across the street from the unit. There are several charcoal grills throughout the property, and free parking is provided immediately next to the building.

Inside the condo, you'll find a smart TV in both the living room and the bedroom, both logged in to a complimentary Netflix account. Beach gear, beach towels, and portable Bluetooth speaker also provided! There are also some family-friendly board games and playing cards for when you need a break from the beach.

The condo is an end unit on the top (second) floor. It is NOT beachfront, but you do get a glimpse of the Gulf from the balcony. See photos for the location of the nearest beach access. Please note, there is no elevator in the complex. Complimentary toiletries, laundry detergent, and paper products will be provided to get you through your first few days.

The beach gear provided includes beach towels, four backpack-style beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a backpack cooler, Bocci ball, and a portable Bluetooth speaker.

Perfect stay and wonderful location!

This was a perfect location, a quick walk across the street to the beach. The property was pretty clean for a beach rental! Probably the cleanest we've stayed in. Usually the floors are still dirty and sandy but we were pleased. The chairs and umbrella were a nice addition, No complaints here! Would stay again.

Destin-y Fulfilled

I was beyond impressed with the rental unit. Steven checked in often to make sure we were set up and comfortable during our stay. Even though it was just two of us staying on site, the condo could have accommodated an entire family. Pictures and description were spot on. Kitchen was fully decked out if you wanted to prepare meals during your stay. We also appreciated the access to beach chairs, umbrella, and towels for the quick walk to the ocean.

This is one of the most beautiful places I've ever lived, and I wanted to always have a place to come back to. This condo was in rough shape when I bought it, and I spent about 3 months renovating it. I love a good project!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Crystal Beach is a low-density neighborhood, free from the high-rise condos in other parts of Destin. That means less crowded beaches and an awesome family-friendly feel. Seeing the Gulf from the balcony is pretty cool too!
