STORA PRISER FÖR EN FALL GETAWAY !!!!

Beläget i det vackra Crystal Beach-samhället, precis tvärs över gatan från sockervitstrand och smaragdvatten i Mexikanska golfen. Om du inte har varit i Destin, är du på en behandling. Vattnet är kristallklart med en hisnande smaragdfärg.

Vårt välskötta bostadsrätt ligger på första våningen med en delvis utsikt över viken. Vare sig du är i vardagsrummet eller på uteplatsen kan du titta på det underbara smaragdvattnet. Poolen, bubbelpoolen och grillplatsen ligger bara några steg från vår dörr. Tillträde till stranden är tvärs över gatan.

Det stora sovrummet, med ny queen size-säng, har en separat ingång till det rymliga badrummet, som har en jacuzzi. Köket är ljust, rymligt och fullt utrustat. Våningssängar är inbyggda i hallen och en bäddsoffa ingår för att rymma ytterligare gäster. För din bekvämlighet ingår också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare och tillgång till internet, allt med gratis, obegränsad användning.

Våra bostadsområden i Caribbean Dunes är vårt familjesemesterhem. Du hanterar oss, ägarna, inte ett förvaltningsföretag. Vi är den längsta som serverar "av ägaren" semesteruthyrning i Karibiska sanddynerna, sedan 2002.

Everything was fantastic! Only comment is the tv in the living room could use an upgrade. We had subpar beach weather causing us to spend more time inside than we typically would. With 60” lcd tvs at 300 it’s a no brainer.

Our stay was good. Condo was cute and clean. Good parking. The televisions were way too small to watch tv. Access to the beach was very restricted due to condos and private beach area. This was not clearly disclosed in the listing. We otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Always amazing!

We’ve been coming to Destin 4 years now. We’ve always stayed at this condo. Always clean and comfortable. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach. Will be back next year!

Nice Condo Nice Price

Caribbean Dunes #109 is a nice unit. Considering the prices of other rentals in the area during the month of April, this was a great deal. I have no complaints. The location was fantastic with businesses within walking distance. Although this unit is not on the beach, the public access to the beach is less than 100 yards away. I thoroughly enjoyed my daily walks on the beach. The gulf can be seen from the back porch. The unit was well furnished with clean towels, sheets, utensils, coffee maker, and appliances. The property inside and out was very clean and well maintained. The WiFi worked great and access directions was clearly spelled out. Parking is easy but you must display a provided parking pass. The pool and hot tub was steps away. It was clean and I enjoyed it. The only suggestions I have for improvement is the master bedroom could use a new mattress. And the living room could use a bigger TV. I highly recommend this property for rental and I would definitely stay here again.

The perfect spot for a small family

Very well maintained and clean facility, located on a quiet area, just a short walk to the beach across the street. Conveniently located a few blocks from grocery stores, restaurants and other entertainment options. 5 Stars!!!!

Sister Vacation

My sister & I needed a vacation badly so I went to looking for a condo & rented this one. It had everything in it that you would need except for your own personal belongings and food. The area is quite if that is what you are looking for. The condo was very clean which I loved. The owners are extremely helpful if you need it. They have some beach toys & chairs already there but you can still bring your own.

Great place to stay

This was our second time staying in this unit. The location, pool and unit size were perfect for our family of 4. First floor unit was clean and access to just about everything is just a few minutes away. The pool was clean and never crowded. The beach was just steps away and had plenty of room.
