The main bedroom boasts a king bed, ensuring a peaceful slumber, while the loft area offers two twin beds, providing additional sleeping options for guests.

Caribbean Dunes presents a wealth of amenities to enhance your stay. Take a refreshing dip in the large pool, conveniently located within the complex, or unwind in the inviting hot tub nearby. We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Location and staff are next level amazing!!!

Amazing property

The condo was well put together and worked perfectly for our group (three teens). While it's not on the beach, the walk only takes five minutes or less. The water was great for our trip. We would book again.

Five stars for comfort, class, and location!

I’ve had experiences where I rented a property that did not look like the pictures, so I was a bit reserved about what we would get when we arrived since this space has a bit of that “too good to be true vibe.” I was pleasantly surprised that everything was exactly as pictured—from the spacious kitchen to the beautiful bathrooms and comfortable master bed, everything was excellent! While the weather did not cooperate with our stay, the patio space offered a lovely opportunity to “be at the beach” without fighting with the wind. I honestly could go on and on about all the details of the space because we loved it that much. We have already recommended it to others. We plan to stay here again as soon as we decide when we are coming back to Destin.

Awesome condo!

Our family has stayed in several condos at Carribean Dunes, and this one was our favorite by far! The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Our boys kept asking if we can stay at this condo the next time we come. It is very clean, updated, and has a great balcony/view of the gulf. We plan to stay here again when we come to Crystal Beach!

This condo was so cozy and inviting

Simply wonderful

Wonderful quiet location with 1 min beach access, 2 min to shopping and restaurants. So clean. Beach does not attract party groups since alcohol is not allowed, neither are dogs roaming free. Crystal Clear turquoise water! We have been coming here for many years and this unit is our favorite 🤩

Great beach vacation spot

The condo is beautifully appointed. It had everything we could want. The owner was very responsive and cared that everything was alright for us. It was just a walk across the street to the beautiful white sands of the beach. I highly recommend this location.

Great property in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at Becky's apartment. The location is great - very close to a couple of beaches, 5 minutes from Publix. The apartment was clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All communications with the host were prompt. Great stay all around.

Nicely furnished and close to the beach.

We booked this condo for a last minute fall break trip. We were so happy with this rental. All the small details were taken care of and it is has been recently updated. The beds were comfortable and the teenagers loved the loft space. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Crystal Beach

I have stayed in several places in Destin and can honestly say this property was by far the absolute BEST! Sitting on the balcony in the mornings was the peace I/we needed. The property, itself, was beautifully maintained, quiet, yet within walking distance to the beach and the local restaurants. We didn't want for anything. Becky also made herself available to us if needed. I hope to bring my family back in the future. Thank you

Becky’s place was nothing short of perfect . So clean and beautiful decor! Looks exactly like the photos. The location was perfect . Just a short walk to the beach right across the street . The balcony was decorated so cute too, we loved sitting out there having coffee every morning . My teens loved the loft space also! Destin is beautiful and we had one of the best vacations ever !
