Great experience.

This was the perfect house for my family and me. There was plenty of room. The house is well maintained and clean. They thought of all the details to make the stay convenient for guests. I will definitely rent the Forever House for our next family event.

Great family vacation

We had a great family vacation in this house. It was perfect for the four families and young children. Close to the beach. Love that bicycles were supplied.

Great place to stay

We have stayed in this neighborhood for the past 3 years but this was our first time as this house. We love the area and they were great with communication. We had a problem with the pool alarm and they were quick to get it taken care of

The perfect get a way

This property was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in...it was the cleanest property I've been in over 5 years. Very spacious and beautiful. Loved the lake view, ours kiddos enjoyed feeding the turtles and fish. Will definitely woll consider staying again.

Loved our time at the Forever House. Convenient location and great property. Sleeping arrangements worked out perfect for our party and we had 6 teenagers and there were 6 bikes at the property, so they were happy also.

This house was very nice!! The heated pool was a plus because it was chilly in Destin. The only downside was not being able to check in a little early because we arrived in Destin 2 hours before check in.

Great stay

This property was amazing! We were very impressed with the house and all the extras! Ice machine and beach wagon was so helpful for our stay. Although, annoying at times, we were very thankful for the pool alarm. With small children running around the house it was definitely appreciated. The house was beautiful and the beach was perfect! We would stay here again for sure!

January 2019 Stay

This is a beautiful home. The designers thought of everything. From the double refrigerators, to two sets of washer and dryers, and the full size ice maker in the garage to fill the beach coolers, it is perfect. We loved the bikes and the beach is just a few steps away. It is a must see home and great place to make memories with your family. A great rental in beautiful Destin. We will be back.

Everyone agreed the Forever House was lovely and clean. Double fridges were great. The beds were very comfortable. The thing we most enjoyed about our trip was being together as a family. We were so grateful for beautiful weather and the lovely white sand and clear water. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the turtles in the pond. 😌

What a beautiful house! Huge dual masters and big bedrooms. The deck was perfect after a day of golfing. Very short walk to the beaches and a wagon to pull the chairs and the cooler in. They even have a ice machine in the garage to fill the cooler with. They thought of everything with this house and can’t wait to go back next year!!

June 2019 Stay Watching for turtles!

What a beautiful home! Our family had the time of their lives. There was nothing the house lacked nothing! You might want to have someone check the garage Dyer (great idea, by the way) to see if it is working properly. It’s not drying very well. Great location to the beach. Tucker, with the beach furniture rental company, could not have been nicer! Thank you for great memories!!!

July 2019 Stay

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. My family is a party of 13. My three sons and daughter-in-laws my daughter and husband. Any my grandson. This home had a great amount of room. Al the bedrooms were beautiful. The kitchen and living room was beautiful. The only thing I would do differently is add a ceiling fan in the bottom bedroom. We greatly appreciate you sharing you home with me and my family. 360 blue really take pride in their rentals and are very friendly to deal with. I will use them again.

Beach access

This house was on a nice culdesac. No noisy neighbors.The beach access was literally just a minute away. Outdoor shower, house was the perfect size for our family. Stores and restaurants were minutes away. They left us a gift (cooler backpack) . Bikes and ice machine in the garage.The only bad thing was that the kitchen was not fully stocked with pots and pans. Unable to contact property owner to figure out the loud as alarm. Other than everything else was perfect.

Absolute terrible place to stay!

360 Blue is by far the worst management company I have ever worked with. The owner of this house should be ashamed. They pumped nasty black water into the ocean right by this house all day long and we had to smell it. I called 5 times for help and no one at 360 Blue cared. Never ever stay here!!!

The house is beautiful and equipped with all nessassery items for a comfortable stay. We had a few issues with outdoor chairs, that were originally not built for outdoors and were damaged by the moisture that caused them to fall apart under my kids. I contacted 360 management and they promised to take care of it and replace. The second issue was with the grill that wasn't maintained properly. Other than that we had a blast!

Beautiful house

This house is even more beautiful than the pictures. No view. The beach access is a few houses down . We had an issue with the air cond. but after I called the maintenance man came. A few hours later I called and complained again. Then they sent a repair man who fixed the issue. He saved the trip. They were very helpful. The only other complaint is the alarm that constantly goes off every single time you open the door unless we are on the button! The kids loved the small pool. ( which caused the door to be open so much). We would come again.

Newish Shipwatch build on the smaller side for large groups

Lots to like about the location/access to the beach, but also shopping and other services. However, there are some things others should know prior to booking. Bunk room is small- no real space/storage outside of beds. This is absolutely a little kid room. Ice machine in the garage was nice to have- there was a cooler as well. Parking was limited and awkward- had to back out quite a bit most nights. No where to turn around. Came with 1 beach setup (chairs+umbrella)- so be prepared to fork out $500 for the chairs for the rest of your party. Well stocked on dishes/cups. Mgmt company quick to respond on things and replaced a coffee maker. Outdoor seating area is tight- indoor living area also a bit cramped. Pool alarm was a constant annoyance- button needs to be pushed for every exit and often the door simply blows open to do other doors opening. This alarm cannot be disabled. So good for 2-3 small families, but not the 14 we had there.

The house was beautiful but the lack of cleanliness over-shadowed our stay. We quickly realized the floors had not been cleaned as our socks started turning black. After closer inspection of the kitchen and downstairs area, I found that food/crumbs were caked to the floor. I mopped and the water was dark gray, confirming the floors had not been mopped or swept. The cleaners came in and mopped downstairs but as we explored other areas of the house, it became apparent that the house had not been deep cleaned, or cleaned for that matter. Dust bunnies through-out, stains on and near the toilet, one set of bedsheets had some blood stains, and the list goes on. I’m not sure if the turnover was too quick to clean thoroughly but I would have appreciated someone just fessing up to that fact and coming in to clean the entire house during our stay. As a result, I spent much of my week there cleaning and trying not to be paranoid about what may have and may NOT have actually been cleaned before our arrival.
