Gulfgate 411 - This condo is a budget friendly 2 Bed- 2 Bath BEACH Front Condo on the 4th floor at Gulfgate! Sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably! Come stay on the desirable East end of Panama City Beach, just off Thomas Drive, and close to St. Andrew's State Park! Gulfgate is located Gulf/Ocean Front on Surf Drive.

Perfect for families that just want to be at the beach! There is a queen bed in the primary bedroom and a queen size bed in the guest bedroom. In the living area is a queen sleeper sofa. The TWO full size bathrooms both have a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. The balcony offers you a a breathtaking view of the beach and Gulf. It is the perfect spot to relax and listen to the sound of the ocean waves and take in the stunning sunset over the Gulf water!

Gulfgate is close to all that PCB has to offer; restaurants, ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusement parks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius. Just one block is Captain Jack's - All you can eat Crab legs! If you want to rent golf carts, it is just a one block walk! Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Place was just Okay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property manager on site was very responsive and nice. However, the unit itself needs some cosmetic and light remodeling. There are broken closet doors and kitchen doors. The bathroom knobs are rusted and the walls are dirty. The A/C unit does not function properly in master bedroom.In the kitchen, there are no good pans/pots to use or kitchen utensils or knifes-- I suggest replacing those since they are either scratched up or broken.Additionally, the property is pet friendly but there are not areas for dogs to relieve themselves. There is a small grass like area to the left and that's it. Pets cannot go to back or anywhere else. The Motel next door has signs stating "no dogs allowed." I suggest extending and/or updating the pet area since it is small and mainly gravel not grass.The location itself and beach was nice.

Beautiful Condo Beach Front View

The condo was perfect for our family! It was clean, closest with beach chairs, umbrella and water board too! The owners have excellent taste in decor with everything in the kitchen you will need. The kids enjoyed the pool and Donna was very friendly and professional in getting us checked in. I would recommend Gulf Gate Condo to anyone who wants a clean and beach front condo. It has 5 floors, so the elevator was always available and there was very minimal wait time. Overall, we LOVED our stay, and we had wonderful weather and hated to leave the beach!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful condo, balcony, and view! It was also really nice that we could bring our dog! The only problem we had was that the balcony light didn’t work the whole time we were there. Maintenance attempted to change the light bulb as soon as we let them know there was an issue but we’re unable to get it fixed during our stay. Otherwise, everything was great and we would definitely stay here again.
