Located across the street from Beach Access 39, this 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome is just a short 3 minute walk to the beautiful ocean shore! Gulf Highlands Beach Resort offers an array of amenities including 11 pool (5 of which are heated seasonally), tennis courts, shuffle board, playground, 18-hole putt-putt course, fitness center, and much more! Guests have private access to a beach front pool. This unit has a king bed in the master bedroom, full over full bunk beds and a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom, as well as a full pull-out sleeper sofa.

The unit backs up to a canal and offers an outdoor patio perfect for morning coffee or a family meal after a day at the beach! Gas grill outback and designated parking in front of the townhome.

Great Getaway!

The property was accurately described in the listing, check-in was straightforward, and the beach was close enough to be an easy walk. My husband, our 14-year-old, and her friend had an awesome time. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Overall the place was fine

We found one bed full sand in which we washed and it was fine. Took the fridge 36 hours to cool down. We placed cold sodas in and they didn’t stay cold. They kitchen was dirty in such freezer was nasty the fridge could used help. Old food. Stove had food spilled and dried. Found roach in master bed, the balcony hadn’t been cleaned in while. Plenty towels and linens provided. One kids tripped on a broken stairway piece. No harm done. Grill was provided but no gas in tank. The place is cozy and comfortable. Pool was nice just across road provided beach chairs and such. All in all it was good vacation close to activities and golf rentals beach access walkable

Wanderlust

This was a perfect vacation. Everything that we needed was a short distance away. The property was clean and had an excellent view. The property owners were very easy to communicate with. The few problems we had they were quick to fix. They went out of their way to help us stay a couple of extra days that we had not expected to do. Would recommend this rental to anyone. Paul & Brenda

Not what expected

The pictures showed what looked like a restaurant next to property but it wasn’t. The pictures also showed the beach like it could be seen from unit not until I received my packet did I see it was a 3 minute walk. The ice maker was broke @ water leaked in the refrigerator & froze. The umbrella on back patio was broke. Tried to call the numbers that were left for me but never reached anyone. Unit was not cleaned very well.

2022 Ironman / Beach trip

This place was perfect! I participated in the Ironman triathlon and we were a short distance away from Pier Park (4 miles). The gated area was so quiet and relaxing. The space provided everything we needed to cook and clean up. It was a relaxing stay and I will definitely pick this location again when we return.

First time Girls trip to PCB

My girls and I absolutely loved the property and Gulf Highlands! Very close to the beach, great community, loved being by the canal, we used the pool by the beach alot, especially after the beach. Any issues the owner responded in a timely manner. We will definently book there again!

Cute place, short walk to beach

The place was cute and a short walk to the beach. There is a place out back to watch the turtles and fish. We fed them dry dog food, and enjoyed watching them. Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Owners were quick to respond back to any questions I had. It was very quiet, and right across from the pool.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us! Perfect location that’s steps away from the beach. The condo was so clean, great AC, and the host was fantastic! I loved sitting on the patio every morning with my coffee. We will definitely stay here again!!!

This place was perfect. It was so much closer to the beach than I thought. I got immediate responses when I had questions. The place was clean and had everything we needed. A quick run for groceries and we felt like we were at home. I would love to return in the future.

Great Stay In PCB

Such a wonderful two story townhouse within short walking distance to the beach. There’s also a pool directly across the parking lot from the townhome. Antoine was quick to respond and extremely helpful. Between the well stocked kitchen, the comfortable beds, and all of the beach toys, this really was a home away from home.

A lovely town house, in a perfect and convenient location!

Here is what we thought!

Great location! Short 3 minute walk to the beach. Over all the house was cute and nice home feeling to it. I will suggest a cart to haul your chairs/ cooler and umbrellas to the beach in I thought the property had one but does not. Also if you plan to use the pull out sofa bed there are not no extra sheets for it. We felt very safe and cozy in this home, overall it’s a great place to stay!

Great family get away

The room was perfect for my family, it was clean and the owner was responsive and helpful. We ended up spending most of our vacation in the room since we showed up in the wake of a tropical storm and the beaches were closed to swimming. But there were games and plenty of room for us all to not go crazy. Would definitely stay again...

Close to the beach

Location is great as it’s just a short walk to the beach. The house itself was fine but could use some updates. Not sure if they’re in the middle of some, but the carpet on the stairs looked like it had just put down with staples and not very well & was not really secure. Just some other things that are helpful to know for future guests that aren’t really spelled out anywhere: there is putt-putt on location, but it’s “bring your own” - so putters and balls are in the laundry room. Not sure what other amenities besides pools are there, as there’s no other info provided. The pools in the neighborhood are all “normal” rectangular pools - some heated, some not. There aren’t any zero-entry or play pools, etc. That was fine with us, but just thought it would help others to know. The coffee maker can take kcups and grounds as well, I think. A few kcups were provided, but helpful if you bring your own. Bring your own hairdryer. Beach towels are not provided, but there are beach chairs and a few toys out back. Bath towels & hand towels were scarce and kitchen towels were non-existent. Overall, it was good to be away from home for a bit and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely vacation. The resort was safe, people were friendly, and the townhome was perfect for our family. The location is just a short walk to the beach and places to eat and shop. We enjoyed walking the resort and most of all we loved the pool.

Just Right!

The pictures don't lie! Nice, comfortable place, literally 3 to 4 minutes’ walk to the beach! Best part is, private entrance to the beach! You use a code to open the gate and there are two bathrooms right there! Perfect!! We stayed here for ten days, 9 nights the week before Thanksgiving. This is a nice two-story condo. It was just perfect for what we wanted. Clean, attractively decorated and very safe in a gated community, but not too posh where you didn't feel comfortable living. I'll start upstairs: Two bedrooms and two bathrooms up there plus a small screened in deck. The main bedroom has a bathroom attached, with a shower, small, but does the trick. King bed with a memory foam mattress, not bad. the deck is off the master here too. Then there is a bathroom in the hall with a tub, so a full bathroom. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with an additional bed room for several kids in there! Both bedrooms have TV’s. Downstairs has a big living area with a nice sized TV with two or three different gaming systems there too! Wii and not sure of the other one, Playstation maybe?? Didn’t use them. There is a small bathroom downstairs with just a stool and sink. Perfect little spot for it. Then the kitchen has a nice size fridge, and gas stove, plus dishwasher. Decent breakfast bar with 3 stools and a table for 4. Pretty good sized and all the dishes and pots and pans aren’t top of the line but available. Off to the side is a utility closet with a nice washer and dryer too. Pretty much everything you’d need is here. They start you out with TP and a roll of paper towels, bring your own replacements and Kleenex if needed. You’ll also need Soaps: Dishwasher, clothes washer, hand soaps, shower soaps too. They have all of the bedding you’ll need and towels too for the most part but ask that you bring your own beach towels. Cleaning fees were reasonable, Tennis court is literally just across the street as well as the small gym with a treadmill, elliptical, recumbent bike too and 2 Home Gym machines. The property has just one entrance so is very safe. You use a code to get in and out by car or by foot. Owner was quick to respond and set things up perfectly. Definitely would rent this property again and from this owner again! --Clark
