The condo was exactly as expected! The “starter kit” was perfect for all of the necessities we needed for our stay. Everything was labeled and that was very helpful. We loved the chairs and beach toys available in the condo. The beds were very comfortable. The pools and amenities were a huge plus. We ate from the restaurant several times.

The view of the beach from this property is optimal! I loved drinking my coffee on the balcony in the morning and watching the sunset every evening. The bedrooms are good and the master bathroom is really nice, but the pullout bed in the couch was really worn in and uncomfortable to sleep on. My friend actually preferred to sleep on it closed than in bed form. We really loved the kitchen amenities because we love cooking in, there were many kitchen gadgets to use. Thank you for the fun stay.

You will Love this condo!!! Has all the extras you need so don’t worry about the towels; kids boards; coffee; etc. Super great host and made sure all the kinks were covered!

Great view of the beach , room was clean and very roomy, loved the amenities, wish the outside pool was heated but the two indoor pools were very warm. Great place and Ana was amazing to work with.

We loved the property, pools, gym, access to the gym, beautiful view, layout of the condo. We felt like Ana cared about us and that we had all that we needed. Our stay was super!! We will definitely visit again!

It would’ve been nice if they would’ve let people go ahead and check into the rooms when they were cleaned instead of waiting until right at 4 o’clock when everybody was trying to check in at the same time which was a total mess. It would’ve also been nice if they wouldn’t have told us that we could use the facilities while we were waiting to check in, but then they got really crappy with us because we were even walking around and told us we couldn’t do that which was tough because we were there a couple hours before check-in and had no place we could even go. They told us when we were walking around the facility that we couldn’t do it without having our bracelets on and we couldn’t get our bracelets until we got our room so something needs to be addressed with that. The towels in room 1204 the beach towels were terrible.

We always let people check in around 3:00 if the cleaners are done and everything is dry. We've tried sooner than that and often the floors are still wet or the dryer is still running. To make the wait better, we did suggest you go to the owner's services office to obtain early bracelets that we would have happily paid for. The security team monitors the pool areas so that only guest are using the facility. Otherwise, it would become a community pool area and guests would be crowded out.. We do try to be very accommodating.

Wonderful Stay

Had a wonderful stay. The location is convenient and the view was stunning. Lots of amenities and activities for family especially with kids to do on site. The listing was sufficiently supplied for a week’s stay. Would come back again.

We love PCB! This was our second trip in the last 4 years, and we had a great time! We were minutes from shopping and great restaurants. Host (Ana) was immediately responsive when I couldn't figure out the door lock, and she got us in quickly. The view was spectacular! We visited the pools at Tower 1, and they were always clean. The indoor pool is heated slightly and felt great for a rainy-day swim. My husband was impressed with the level of security, the number of staff that were constantly working, and how clean and inviting the public areas were. All the staff that we interacted with were polite and friendly. We registered to park, which was priced really low for a full 7 days, and had no issues getting in the gate. The set-up for unloading/loading on Level 3 made it a breeze. We felt this was a great location, more central to everything in PCB. We were 15 minutes or less from Pier Park, Schooners, St. Andrews State Park, and Pineapple Willys (IYKYK). We definitely plan to book with Ana at this location in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

The property was amazing. It was easily accessible and so clean. There were no issues getting in or out. The condo was roomy and had everything that was needed for the stay. We were so impressed and absolutely taken by the beautiful view. It was convenient to everything we needed!

Nice view, long walk from parking to room and 2 separate elevators to ride but they are very fast with no waiting. Pools are not super cold but not very warm either.
