Great view!

The property was as listed, clean and well equipped with everything we needed, oh except a pizza cutter lol.Just know that the beach big and a long trek to the water.Overall the stay was really enjoyable, pool was nice, clean and warm

Marco condo

The king bed in master bedroom was very comfy. The porch is smaller than other units in the building but the condo seemed quite large. The had beach chairs and a cooler. Unfortunately the pool was down for most of the week during our stay.

Great view and accommodations

Great condo! Great location! Nice gulf views!

Our family spent a week in Marco Island. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the beach and the location can't be beat! Travel times to restaurants and groceries was minimal. The pool area was very nice and it was quiet at night. We would definitely go back!

Great spot! Our family of five had plenty of space and the views were amazing.

Our family of five enjoyed a very relaxing seven night stay in this unit. It was spacious, clean and boasted beautiful views of the Gulf and the beach. The beach itself is about a five minute walk from the unit and is very easily accessed. The unit was well-stocked with linens, beach towels and more. Our only minor qualm involved the registration process. In addition to checking in with the real estate office, guests are required to register at the front desk of the building upon arrival. The building charges a registration fee of $25.00 which can only be paid by cash or check. While it is a very minor sum of money, it would be nice to have this fee disclosed on the reservation confirmation and/or the listing so that people will know about it ahead of time. Overall though, we were very happy with our stay here and thoroughly enjoyed working with the nice people at the Century 21 Office. We would certainly stay here again!

Wonderful condo, great beach view!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our Spring Break staying in this South Seas condo unit. The view from the deck was amazing. This stretch of the beach was just perfect. Super close to Tigertail Beach, and not nearly as crowded as some of the hotels further down. The unit had everything needed to enjoy our beach time-chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, etc. It is a beachfront unit, but it’s a bit of a walk to get to the beach. But Marco Island has such a large beach, I think that’s the case for most of the beaches here. It wasn’t a big deal for us. We didn’t ever get to the pool, but it looked fine. Enjoyed tennis-never had a problem getting a court. Our condo was clean, had everything we needed for the kitchen. WiFi worked great. Was out first time to Marci Island, and we loved it. Our favorite day trip was a private boat tour. Went to Cape Romano to see the dome homes, dolphin watching, shelling at the 10,000 Islands and tubing. Also close to the Everglades, and we did a trip to Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary in Naples. Such an awesome place-would definitely come back here!

Air conditioner

Air conditioner not working properly, we asked about it and they came but still doesn’t work right. Runs all the time and stays warm. A lot of construction, jack hammers all day long not really your fault, Irma’s fault. Unit was clean not comfortable because of air conditioner. View was awesome.

Nice, clean unit with beautiful view of the ocean. Large bedrooms, comfy beds. 7th floor perfect!

We loved our stay at South Seas Tower 3, unit 704. We were 2 couples and we had plenty of room. Guest bedroom was as nice as the master, with queen bed and twin. New carpet throughout. Unit looks better than the pictures. Balcony is wonderful. Shady in the morning and late afternoon, evening! Perfect for morning coffee and happy hour cocktails!! We had problems with wifi working, that was frustrating. Hopefully that gets fixed soon. All in all, we loved it!

Pristine Beach, Amazing Views

This property has amazing views of the beach. The balcony is one long stretch from the living room to the bedrooms. It also has a view of the pool. This is a tropical paradise just steps to the beach. The condos are spacious with ample room for cooking if you feel like staying in. It also has wifi and cable - but seriously, you'll be outside the whole time. The shells are incredible in front of South Seas because it's the last development at the tip of Marco.

Great Family Vacatioin

This place is amazing. We have never been to Marco Island before and after this week we will absolutely be back. The condo was great with everything you will need for the week. It was my wife and I with out 3 grown children. We checked in on a Sunday and everything was waiting for us as described by Cat our real estate agent from Century 21. The beach and the gulf water was beautiful and from the 7th floor the view was breathtaking. We really got lucky and had temps in the 80's all week. Took a trip down to the everglades, had a airboat ride, saw alligators and a ton of different birds. Just fantastic. We spent New Years Eve at CJ's on The Bay and had a blast. This was the first time we were actually away for the holiday. I would do it again in a heartbeat and I would definitely stay here again. I would recommend this unit and recommend a trip to Marco!

Impressive View of Beach and Fireworks!

This was a very nice condo. Well appointed with entertainment and WiFi. The view of the Gulf Beach from North to South was just amazing! July 4th Fireworks were just beautiful from the balcony. 7th Floor was just right for Spectacular views. and condo not far from the elevator! The building felt safe with security and the gated community. A person could easily walk to Tiger Tail to right of building to rent kayaks and other water sport equipment without having to drive through town. Marco Island is perfect for that July off season spectacular Luxury Condo Vacation!
