This property had everything that we needed. The views were amazing and the furnishings were excellent. We will definitely book again.

Nice condo, updated & spectacular high views

Very nice, clean & secure property. Pool is a bit small for the number of units & no hot tub…but it’s right on the beach so was definitely not a deterrent. Fitness room has various aerobic machine, cables & quality equipment.

Great Stay at a Beautiful Condo

Our recent week stay at the Seaview condos on Marco Island was great. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed as far as beach supplies and kitchen essentials. Had some trouble with locking and opening the condo door but otherwise things were very nice and the property was very secure. Pool area was also nice and the grounds were kept manicured and and clean. Would stay here again if we visit Marco Island in the future.

Marco island spring break

Beautiful views from the 18th floor overlooking Tigertail beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return. Upon arrival the fridge wasn't keeping cold and we had to have a service tech come out, they were very responsive and timely, but still lost some groceries like eggs and lunch meat. The check in process was a bit of a hassle having to go to another location to get a key from the lockbox.. the beach here is pristine, beautiful white sand. The shelling was amazing and the kids had a blast, we love Marco island and will be back.

Nice Place

This unit had everything and made us feel very at home. There is all the beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, beach towels and beach cart). There was also a full kitchen including coffee makers, some olive oil, lots of little things that made staying for a week very easy. It is also on the 18th floor, so the views were fantastic. Very clean and well maintained. The pictures don’t do it justice. You also have access to pickleball and there are pickleball rackets in the unit, there is also shuffleboard, a putting green, tennis and bocce ball.It’s next to the elevators, so during the day you can hear/feel the elevator. The king bed is also very loud, we had trouble sleeping in the bed together.Specific to the property, not the unit itself: there are 1 million rules and 1 million signs for rules. The maintanence staff was extremely rude to us a number of times when we broke a rule or asked a question. “Read the sign”. “That’s in your welcome packet”. We met a resident of the building that basically said it’s likely people stay once and don’t like all the rules and don’t stay again. Overall the unit was so wonderful it made up for the other issues we had, I would recommend staying here.
