Detta rymliga 1056 kvadratmeter, andra våningen, rökfritt lägenhet med egen ingång och skärmad Lanai har utsikt över privat pool och ligger en kort promenad till den vackra South Beach.

Köket har nyligen uppdaterats med ny mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, kylskåp och ugn. Det stora sovrummet har nyligen renoverats med ny matta, färg, nya möbler och har en queen-size säng och stor klädkammare, privat badrum och tillgång till Lanai. Det andra sovrummet har nyligen renoverats med ny matta och färg och har två tvillingar, gott om garderobsutrymme och tillgång till ett separat badrum.

Vardagsrummet har gott om sittgrupp med en ny bäddsoffa i full bäddsoffa, ny platt-TV, DVD och CD / AM / FM / stereospelare med högtalare. Andelslägenhet har trådlösa internetuppkopplingar. We really enjoyed our stay at Steven’s place. It was a nice quiet community and an enjoyable walk to the beach. The condo was well equipped and very comfortable.

Perfect amount of space for our family of 4! The location is perfect, with the beach being less than a 10 minute walk. The unit has all the beach equipment you could need - toys for the kiddos, chairs, an umbrella, beach mat, and wagon to haul it all. The pool is lovely, and the tiki hut is nice shaded area. Having the grill was great, too! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Thanks, Steve!

Everything was as expected. Master bedroom shower door needs attention, broken handle with sharp edges. Grab bars in both showers would be nice.Pool was nice and warm, 87 degrees. Quiet safe location and would not hesitate to return in the future.

Perfect location!

Perfect location in Marco Island. We were a short walk to the beach, the pool was warm (89 degrees) and the condo was exactly as the description. The communication was more than excellent. We would definitely stay there again, we all had a great time.

Great Location!

We had a fantastic time in our trip to Marco Island. There was a bit of frustration at the beginning of our trip but once that was all resolved we had a great time. The location was great, the cost of the condo was great, the owner was very friendly and responsive.

Little disappointed about the 3 stars because they really did enjoy themselves based on the written part of the review. There was a underground water pipe issue impacting our condo complex and the workers had to shut the water off for several hours and it happened to occur the day they arrived. Other than that Danielle and her family were pleasant and great to have and hope to see them in the future.

Guest never mentioned anything about any internet issues to us. Guests who stayed after called about the internet not working, I instructed them to reboot the modem and they were fine. If guests don't inform us we can't assist them if there are issues.

Another great stay!

Another great 4th of July on Marco Island thanks to Steve. His condo is in the perfect location for the beach and other activities to do as a family. The condo is well taken care of and suitable for a family of 6 or less. The condo property is well kept and great for relaxing in the afternoon sun! We love staying at Steve's place and will be back again!

Beautiful Marco Island

We had a great month at Marco. We loved walking on the beach, birding at the many nature preserves, and eating delicious seafood at the numerous restaurants. The condo is about .25 miles from the beach. Rental includes a cart, umbrella, beach towels, and other beach toys that make for a fun vacation..

A Gem!!!

Host was great to communicate with. The space is clean, spacious, and well kept. Loved the screened in porch with direct view of the pool area. We stayed as a family of 5. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. We would definitely rent from this host again! Great stay!

Marco Vacation

We had a wonderful week in Marco … perfect weather! The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo offered plenty of room for our group of 4 and was conveniently located. The beach was within walking distance and we also relaxed at the pool and tiki hut. The owner, Steve, was very responsive through the entire rental process. We hope to make it back to Marco Island next year!

Fun in the Sun

Condo was spacious and worked out perfectly for two couples. Pool was such fun and enjoyable part of our stay. Kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. Great location, close to the beach and stores. The sunsets were beautiful at the beach. The owner Steve was very responsive with all inquiries we had during our stay.We really enjoyed our stay. Nice condo in a great location

The condo was exactly as described on the VRBO website. The process of booking the condo was easy and the Property Manager responded promptly to emails. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location - easy access to stores and restaurants. There was a swimming pool on the premises, which we enjoyed during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to others.

South End Marco Island Condo

The condo is clean and well kept. It could use some minor maintenance, sliding glass doors need lubrication, washing machine is noisy. However, overall i give it an A rating, for being well kept and clean, it is in a very nice, quiet area, about 10 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Dated, smells

Smelled really yucky, bought some cleaning products and that helped with the rest of our stay! I did like it had a pool and not far from beach

Guest had final instructions to contact me (owner) if there were any issues. Never heard from him because we could have rectified the issue immediately with our cleaning staff. We are all about customer service and disappointed I found out about this issue for first time in the review.

Most condo's on island are in complexes with as many as 50 or more units. Seabury only has 15 units which means lots of room in the pool and Tiki hut area, often times without anyone else around. Has a lot of Covid safe features
