Denna stora klassiska strandstuga ligger St. Simons på sitt bästa med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet !! De expansiva vardags- och matplatserna är perfekta för familjesammanträden på upp till 17 personer, men det är fortfarande mysigt nog för en mindre grupp. Den MYCKET stora poolen, utomhusdusch och rymlig uteplats är "platsen" för skojs skull i solen, grilla och underhålla! Det finns en stor skärmad veranda från ett av sovrummen på övervåningen som är perfekt för tyst tid, koppla av med din favoritbok eller njuta av eftermiddagscocktails. Det välutrustade köket erbjuder alla dina behov och mer! Det ljusa solrummet är bekvämt anordnat för mindre grupper, titta på TV eller spela spel. Det enorma vardagsrummet är en perfekt plats att titta på spelet eller bara koppla av på de bekväma sofforna.

Ett kvarter från tidvattenstranden med privat pool. Alla semesterbostadsfastigheter är möblerade, utrustade och underhållna enligt ägarens preferenser. Alla semesterbostäder har central värme och luft och fullt utrustade kök, kabel-TV, DVD-spelare och alla sängkläder tillhandahålls. Alla enheter är rökfria. Vi kräver ett veckovis minimum under sommaren och ett tre dagars minimum under andra säsonger. Veckouthyrning börjar på lördag kl 16:00 och slutar påföljande lördag kl 10:00. Wonderful Thanksgiving Weekend

Our family reunion "Thanksgiving" was wonderful. The accommodations were perfect for our family. We all had our own space, yet we were together. The home could not have been any nicer. We are looking forward to coming back again soon.

First family vacation

It was a first full family vacation and for the most part this place nails all the needs. It’s so close to the town and for that alone it’s awesome!! The pool was really nice to have and the house has plenty of space. Honestly it’s tough to complain with the price and the things I’ve mentioned. It is a bit dated and could use a few more things kitchen wise but that is just minor.

Great Location

It was our first visit to St. Simon, we loved our location! We had 7 adults and 3 kiddos stay and there was more room than we could use. We loved the large pool and the large room to eat and relax.

Great location, beautiful neighborhood!

It was everything we expected it to be. Nice and spacious for 10 adults and three kids. A little disappointed in the kitchen though. It was not that organized and it would’ve been nice if there had been a large stockpot and a large frying pan. A nice new gas grill would be great. The existing grill has seen better days.

Great location

The house is a bit different but loved all the unique rooms and space. Great for families and the proximity to the village is amazing. Another great feature is the back yard/patio area. Perfect stay!

The house was very clean, enjoyed the pool, spaciousness of the house, and close proximity to the village. The only thing I would recommend is to better outfit the kitchen, like there were no serving bowls for salads, no vegetable peeler, things like that. Also, the refrigerator froze the produce in the produce drawer, and food in the back of the shelves froze. We would stay here again, just know what to bring next time.

Family Beach Trip

There are a few very serious areas of concern we had with this house. The house has BED BUGS. My 2 granddaughters are now covered from head to toes in bites. They started breaking out on Friday before we checked out yesterday. They shared the room upstairs in the 2 twin beds. My grandson was in the Queen bed in the same room but so far has not broken out and no one else in the family has either, at this stage. These girls are cousins and live in different states so the only thing they had in common was sharing a bedroom for the week. My entire family is having to take huge precautions so, hopefully, we do not bring these bugs into our individual homes. The expense to fumigate 4 houses would be enormous, not to mention the agony of being covered in bed bug bites. My granddaughters are miserable. Other areas of concern is the overall cleanliness of the house. In large upstairs bedroom a strong musty/urine smell; finger nails on the floor in the bathroom and shower curtain has mold on it. The pool deck could use a power wash to get rid of the mold around the perimeter, next to the house and I do not believe the tile floors are being mopped. Shortly after arriving at the house last Saturday, I was wiping up some water on the kitchen floor where an ice cube had melted. I got a paper towel to wipe it up and the paper towel was BLACK. That indicates the tile isn't being cleaned between rentals. I was charged 400.00 for cleaning and I assume the people renting the house before me were charged that too. VERY subpar cleaning service. I hope you take action on the things I've mentioned, especially the bed bugs, so future renters do not experience what my family and I went through and are still going through on our, once a year, family vacation.

Great location - good for large families

We had a great stay. The realty company is very responsive. We did have a few issues but they got them taken care of quickly. The location is fantastic. Close to the beach, shopping, site seeing, and restaurants.

Great Stay

We completely enjoyed our stay. The house was awesome. Could use some updates but wasn’t really a big deal to us. The pool was amazing….we used it day and night. We loved that you could walk to the shops, pier and restaurants. Would come back in a heartbeat!!

Awesome Vacation Home!

Reviewer Comments: Husband has Stage IV Pancreatic Cancer so we needed the perfect house for our family to come together for a memorable vacation (9 adults/5 children/1 dog). Well, God allowed us to find the perfect house! Kids were all upstairs so husband got the needed rest. Layout was perfect! Kids played in sunroom while husband rested in living room at times and nobody could hear the kids in the other room. I'd have to say the pool was the highlight! Everyone enjoyed time together around the large pool. Very quiet neighborhood close to the Village. Loved walking to nearest beach access which was very close just to get a beautiful view of the ocean! Can't say enough about perfect this place was for our family! Also, the people at Georgia Coast Realty went out of their way to accommodate our family. Wonderful experience all the way around! I'd recommend this home to anyone with a large family who loves a large pool, a quiet environment, and a place very close to the Village! Again, our time enjoyed with our family at this home was PRICELESS and for that we are very thankful!
