4310-9th Street är en perfekt plats där du och din familj kan komma ihop för att koppla av och varva ner! Huset är bekvämt beläget i det ikoniska East Beach-området. Du är nära stranden och cirka en mil från centrum Village / Pier. Med två separata vardagsrum och en öppen planlösning finns det gott om plats för alla. Hemmet har nyligen haft alla badrum och köket renoverat med helt nya köksmaskiner. Njut av den ljusa och öppna planlösningen med massor av naturligt solljus hela eller sitta ute och koppla av vid poolen när du blickar upp på de vackra ekarna.

Gå genom ytterdörren kommer du att hälsas av ett öppet ljust vardagsrum med en 50 "plattskärms-TV, ansluten matsal med fantastisk utsikt över den privata poolen. Till vänster om vardagsrummet kommer du att ha 3 sovrum inklusive 2 master sviter.

Du kommer att känna dig bekväm i den första mästaren med en king size-säng och privat badrum med en vacker duschkabin, dubbla handfat och ett minikylskåp i rummet, en plattskärms-TV med kabel, en bekväm strömlina, takfläkt och skjutdörrar som leder ut till poolen.

Det andra sovrummet har också en king size-säng, takfläkt och full badrum med duschkabin.

Det tredje sovrummet har två uppsättningar våningssängar och eget badrum med duschkabin.

Great House right next to the beach

needs electrical attention

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am not prone to negative reviews, but voiced my concerns to rental office, and staff member said it would evaluate and possible compensation would be discussed. Bedroom fan will not work without the light being on as well, causing that guest to be very uncomfortable. TV in den was reported as not working and technician never came.

Our stay

Property was recently renovated. It’s in east beach which is nice, but the 9th street beach access was messed up so you had to go to 11th street to get on beach (10 mins extra walk). The beach is really wide at 9th and 11th so the walk is pretty good once you get to the access too. Tv in second living room never would work and there was palmetto bugs getting in the house and dying. Pool is nice but mostly shaded. They have people to come take the trash to the road and clean the pool for you. Thought it was worth what we paid for it, but if the price goes up I would book another property.

Spacious

Loved being close to the marsh as well as the beach. East beach is beautiful. Very quiet neighborhood. They had lots of beach chairs and other beach necessities available for use. Kitchen was well stocked. We always do a low country boil and large pots were stocked in the kitchen. The pool area was great too. Very private with lots of room and fenced in so you can let dogs off leash. The only dog problem was the neighbors dog that kept using the front yard and driveway to do her business. Owners did not even care to pick it up. Overall we loved this property and if we come back next year would definitely rent this one again! Real escapes property managers were very pleasant and friendly over the phone. Which I appreciated.

Family Week At The Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My siblings and our spouses try to spend a week together at the beach. We range in ages from 70 to 86, but we still enjoy swimming and playing cards daily. There are no steps in this house which is a great plus for our crowd. The house is pretty much perfect in regards to bedrooms and bathrooms and large kitchen and large table. A handrail for the pool would be great, but it has been our experience that the pools down on the island just do not have handrails, but we managed. The realty company was great. Our only was that the wi fi router needed boosting, and it was locked in a room unaccesable to us or the repairmen. The lack of WiFi was very inconvenient as we only had it in the living room. We have reserved this home for next summer also, we will have the WiFi issue cleared up the first day, if there is a problem.

Great property

This house was spot on with amenities and space to house 3 families and not feel overcrowded. The ONLY complaint I have was upkeep and cleanliness of the pool and outdoor area. LOTS of leaves everywhere, deck patio, pool, clogged in gutters and made it very dirty.

Location

Nice residential area two block walk to beach and an inner coastal pathway to get away from beach goers. Dog friendly with a lot of tile flooring. Great layout with two wings and essentially two master bedrooms.

Amazing house!

It had plenty of room for the whole family and we loved the pool and that it was within walking distance to the beach. The beds were so comfortable and the house had everything you could possibly need including a fully stocked kitchen, games and pool floats even chairs and fishing poles for the beach. We wanted our weekend to be special and enjoy time with our family and friends and we couldn’t have picked a better house to do so.

Love the floor plan and the pool. The second bunk room was definitely a plus. We could have used a few more things in the kitchen,such as a big pot to cook shrimp in and a blender or food processor. However, the owner was nice enough to bring a food processor over for us to use. The management company was very responsive. We would certainly love to stay here again, for sure!
