Real Escapes Properties är stolt över att presentera vår senaste egendom - 1204 Demere Road! Denna 5 sovrum, 3 badrum stuga är helt ny konstruktion med en rymlig och luftig planlösning. Ännu bättre är det valvänligt. Ännu bättre - det finns en privat pool i inhägnad trädgård!

Du kommer att älska fartygets väggar med precis tillräckligt med färg tillsatt i hela stugan för att veta att du är på en speciell plats.

Alla apparater är helt nya, inklusive vinkylaren. Matbordet har plats för 4 bekvämt och det finns ytterligare platser i öbaren. Vardagsrummet har en stor TV 55 "samt helt nya avkopplande möbler.

Master Suite ligger på bottenvåningen och har en king size-säng, stor TV, badrum med vacker duschkabin och en master garderob som är stor nog att bo i. Det finns ytterligare två sovrum på huvudnivån, båda med dubbelsängar och TV. Mellan de två sovrummen finns ett komplett badrum med badkar / dusch.

Ytterligare två sovrum ligger på övervåningen. Det första sovrummet har en uppsättning av enkelsängar och det andra har en dubbelsäng. Båda sovrummen har sina egna platt-TV och takfläktar. Övervåningen hela badet har en dusch / badkar.

Det största beslutet du kanske är att besluta om du ska sitta i verandras gungstolar eller samla på den bakre verandan (precis utanför köket) som leder till din egen personliga pool.

Det finns gott om utrymme för familj och vänner. Den bekväma strandinredningen gör att du vill stanna längre. Denna förtjusande stuga ligger nära King & Prince Beach & the Village!

Great house and location

We had a great time in SSI. The house was perfect. We enjoyed the backyard, pool and solo fire pit. Great location to shops and restaurants. The driveway/parking area was a little difficult to navigate.

Fabulous vacation!

Lovely Time

We booked this house for a week in late February/early March. My husband and I were unable to go due to a sick pet but but my sister in law was able to still go with a couple of friends. I was a little hesitant to rent the home based on several of the reviews that complained about the parking situation and nasty neighbor. Our party followed the parking guidelines and had no problems at all. The home was immaculately clean. We would not hesitate to rent this home again in the future.

Great House Great Location

There were a few areas of concern. 1) The 16 inch Webber grill was totally inadequate for nine people. 2) The Bosch refrigerator was great but again the ice maker was Inadequate for nine people. 3) The back deck between pool and house was very slippery when wet. This was pointed out in two previous posts and should be remedied ASAP to limit owners liability exposure.

Reviewer Comments: I rented this property for my son and his family as an overflow house for our larger family who were staying in a bigger house 3 driveways away. All of us checked out the house and were envious of how great this house was. It was clean with a great layout and the closets were massive if you had to set up a crib. And there are tubs for bathing babies/kids which was fantastic compared to most rentals. The only ding would be the house sleeps 10 but the table only seats 4. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.

Better than the online pics

This property was great for our week long stay. The house was larger than I thought which was nice. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was located a short walk from the beach. The pool was great for hot afternoons. Parking was ample, and marked nicely. I saw in other reviews that the neighbor sharing the drive was difficult to deal with. We had no problems, he spoke with us and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this vacation house.

Awesome Vacation Rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay here! The house is gorgeous and up to date. We spent a lot of time on the porch outside by the pool. Also the location of the home is perfect, only a few minutes drive to Massengale Beach and to the pier/shops. I do wish the parking spots could be bigger for a 5 bedroom house but we were able to make it work with 2 trucks and a car so that we didn’t block the house behind us. Would stay here again!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. This house was beautifully decorated and well-kept. We appreciated the prompt responsiveness of the property management group when there were questions regarding check-in. Everyone we interacted with was lovely. All of our guests fully enjoyed their stay!

Two week workcation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came down to SSI for the first time to work for two weeks and needed a home that was nice and would allow two people to work. This home fit the bill. It is a beautiful new home with a pool and fenced in yard. The home was very well equipped and and clean. My only dings are the King sized bed should be replaced and the water pressure needs to be checked as it was weak at best. With those two items fixed we would rent this home again.

Watch Out For the Neighbor

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely house. It is unfortunate that the neighbor is a very nasty Man. So this home shares a driveway with the Home behind it. We were told up front about this and where we could park and not park. We had a very clear understanding of this. We were traveling with two vehicles and a small trailer with our golf cart on it. This information was given to the Property rental company and a conversation was had as to how we could park and where off location the trailer could be parked if we could not make it all fit on the pad. We were also traveling with two seniors 87 and 93 year old mothers and two others who are handicap. One of the handicap guest has a electric wheelchair we needed to unload. This meant that the ramp to facilitate this was out into the driveway by about 3 feet while loading and unloading. The process took no longer than 15 minutes. I explain all this to get to the nasty neighbor. Every morning at 7:00 am he on purpose was out with his blower standing under the windows on the driveway side of our house. Not his property to be blowing. He was doing it just to be annoying. When we were loading the electric wheelchair he called the police on us because we were blocking his driveway. The driveway was not blocked plus there is a ingress that is allowed. Once we started looking a post regarding previous stays and FB post regarding this man it became crystal clear that he wakes up everyday to make anyone who stays in this rental a living nightmare and has total intent to ruin their vacations. This time he infringed on the ADA Laws and he is going to get his due. On FB it has been dubbed the "one time house" because its a really nice house but you will only stay one time due to this neighbor. I feel compassion for the folks who own this property. You have a lovely home and it was perfect for our family with the exception of the very ugly man who lives behind the rental.

Mom’s Weekend Retreat

The house was beautifully decorated, very clean inside and a terrific location. We were close to the shops and restaurants! Only problem that we had was the home behind our VRBO. That owner refused us any access to the driveway, directly in front of our rental, even for quick unloading in a rain storm. When you have a house that sleeps 10+ ppl with only 2 parking spots there should be more Leniency in that area. That home owner called the rental company to complain several times within a matter of minutes which they in turn called us, therefore making it a stressful situation when we were checking in. There also wasn’t any soap in the bathrooms for showering and we ran out of toilet paper pretty quickly. Also, had a small problem with the hot water heater but thankfully that was quickly resolved.

Good Choice!

The only thing we would have changed is adding a coffee pot instead of a Keurig. We also could not get the icemaker to work. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Beautiful home

My extended family of eight enjoyed four nights here this past week. We could not have been happier! The house was clean and roomy, the kitchen was well equipped, and we loved the location. It was close to the beach but also close to shops and the pier. The neighbors were so kind and gave us great suggestions for places to visit! They also helped my son find his ball in their yard when it bounced over the fence. We will definitely be renting again soon!
