Updated Palm Desert Resorter Condo perfectly located near resort amenities.
Our condo is newly furnished with a southwestern mid-century vibe. The kitchen and bath are supplied with all of the amenities to make your vacation relaxing and fun. The condo has new appliances including a new stove, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. The patio is equipped with a dining table and four chairs, umbrella, chaise lounge, and BBQ. The patio faces west for morning coffee and provides relaxing afternoon shade. The condo is just steps away from one of the twenty saltwater pools and spas.
The Resorter has a championship golf course, a premier pickleball and tennis club (add'l fees paid onsite), a cafe, and clubhouse. Our condo faces a greenspace for privacy from golf carts and stray golf balls while providing great proximity to the golf course, pickleball courts, and clubhouse.
The Palm Desert Resort and Country Club is convenient to many events and outdoor activities. It is just 4 miles to Acrisure Arena (home of the Coachella Valley Firebirds Hockey Team), 3 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Center, 6 miles to El Paseo shopping district, and 25 minutes to the Palm Springs Airport. Nearby outdoor activities include the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, and Joshua Tree National Park. Freedom Park is across from the resort and has more pickleball courts, softball and soccer fields, sand volleyball, a basketball court, two fenced dog parks, children's play area and walking path.

My wife and I live in Portland, Oregon, with our goldendoodle Ruby. I retired from the Gresham Fire Department and my wife is retired from her job with the U.S. District Court. Now that we are retired, we enjoy traveling to the desert to get away from the rainy months in Oregon. Palm Desert offers sunshine, golf, lots of pickleball, and a relaxed environment that we love. We have decorated and furnished our condo to be our "home away from home." We are confident that you will appreciate our attention to detail in the decor, amenities, and the overall condition of our condo. It is ready for you to create your own memories. We look forward to being your hosts.
Varför värden valde detta boende
Our condo is located in the Palm Desert Resort and Country Club. The resort is a gated community with many amenities. Residents and visitors tend to be attracted to all types of outdoor activities including golf, pickleball, and hiking. Although the resort is in the desert, it has lush lawns - not only on the golf course but in green spaces separating the condo units. We particularly enjoy Freedom Park that is across the street from the Resort. In addition to all the events and attractions that Palm Desert and Coachella Valley have to offer, it is an easy drive to LA, San Diego, and Orange County.

Our condo is perfectly located near the driving range, pickleball courts, and the clubhouse. Our large patio opens to a spacious greenspace and is steps away from a pool and spa. We recently bought the condo and we have spent considerable time updating and furnishing it to create a mid-century southwestern vibe.
