Lovely space; great communication. Please be aware that there are golf carts whizzing by in the back. Great if you are a golfer. If not, there is also a second private outdoor seating area out front which is lovely.

Fantastic villa in a great location

Terrific property with first-class facilities in a wonderful location. Pre-travel communication was excellent with highly detailed check in instructions that made things really easy for us. Lots of customer-friendly support provided that made this feel like a home away from home. Would definitely rebook next time we are in this area.

A Gem of A Location

Really enjoyed our stay at this location not just for the condo itself but the responsiveness of the host when assistance was needed before, during and after our stay. The host seemed sincerely interested that we have a wonderful stay and we did. Would consider booking this location again in the future.

Nice Private Villa

I stayed in the villa with my wife and two friends and we were very comfortable. The country club was very quiet and secure. There was a nice pool just steps from the villa which we had almost all to ourselves the whole stay. Terrific location -- my wife and I walked to the grocery store and back one evening. Overall a great choice and we would certainly go back.

Palm Desert Oasis

I had a lovely stay at Tim's place. There was everything I needed and more. Great layout with bedrooms separated. Even in the desert heat, the place was cool enough. Nice to have a garage to park my car out of the blazing sun.
