10 min. from Central Hollywood, 15 min. From Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive as well as other tourist attractions. Live like a celebrity in this exclusive and luxe 2 Million Dollar Mansion!
You have the entire property to yourself which is over 2,500 square feet, includes a modern day air conditioning for the summer and a fast working heater for the winter.
The back yard features a high end state of the art BBQ and an outdoor bar.
5g high speed internet, two parking spots in the driveway and unlimited free street parking right in front of the house.
Fully equipped kitchen, a piano, guitar and a brand new washer and dryer, lots of closet space. A modern TV and high vaulted ceilings !
