The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful and spacious two-story Mediterranean house located in the prime area of Woodland Hills.

Our pet-friendly villa boasts a wide range of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Enjoy a game of billiards with friends and family or tickle the ivories on the piano. Relax in the hot tub or hammock, or take a dip in the sparkling pool. For movie nights, we have a projector available for your entertainment. We also offer a dedicated workplace and high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of 100 Mbps, perfect for those who need to stay connected during their stay.

Our living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a Big Bar Area for entertaining guests. We also provide a washer and dryer in the kitchen area.

The main floor boasts a spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed.

Upstairs, you'll find a second master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a third large bedroom with another queen-sized bed, a fourth small bedroom with a large twin bed, and a fifth large bedroom with two twin-sized beds.

We provide a parking permit for two street parking spaces.

Other Things to Note:
*Note: The person making the reservation must be 25 years old or older.

*There is 1 security camera facing the poolside and jacuzzi, 1 in the front yard, and 1 ring camera at the front door. No camera inside the house.

*Jacuzzi heating is optional and guests need to pay an additional $40/day.

*PLEASE NOTE: We have No fence around the pool so it’s imperative you supervise children the entire time.

*Please make sure to return the permits when you checking out, otherwise a $150 penalty fee per permit will be charged/incurred.

*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
