This townhome features 2BR/1.5BA, full kitchen, outdoor private patio with gas grill. The home features high speed internet and Smart TVs in every room. The kitchen is completely stocked for an extended stay, two living rooms and a kids corner under the stairs. Books, magazines and toys provided. We have tried to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all ages.
Walk or bike to the Village for shopping, dining, the beach and more! Along the way, you'll pass tennis/pickleball courts and Mallery Park, which includes a large playground. There is plenty to do in the Ocean Walk community, with two pools (one heated), a kiddie pool, tennis/pickleball and basketball courts. There is a pond with ducks, playground, fitness center, ping pong and cornhole at the nearby clubhouse. The home features high speed internet and Smart TVs in every room. The kitchen is completely stocked for an extended stay, two living rooms and a kids corner under the stairs. Books, magazines and games provided.
On a side note, we recently purchased this beautiful townhome from a current VRBO host with a five star rating! We are in love with St Simon's Island and look forward to sharing our beautiful townhome with you!

Wonderful Trip

Hosts were very welcoming and replied quickly to any questions. Condo had a nice patio with a gas grill. Condo cozy and fit all our needs. Kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. St Simons has great restaurants and beautiful beach..

Great Memories Made!

Great location and close to the heated pool which was also a plus for spring! Dealing with the owner was super easy and we were able to easily get to all the tourist points of interest within just a few short minutes. East beach public access was our favorite due to the restrooms and ease of parking and getting on the beach and was less than a 5-minute drive away. We utilized the provided beach buggy, towels and chairs which kept us from having to bring that with us and made more room in our vehicle for bringing treasures back home! I would recommend this as having everything you need.

Great for a family vacation

We had a wonderful time visiting the island. We had a small hiccup with the thermostat breaking upon arrival, but they were quick to respond and had it fixed within hours. The place is well stocked for kids and we greatly appreciated all of the beach equipment and toys for the two toddlers! We would definitely stay there again!

Great stay at St, Simons

First off Lori and John were fantastic hosts. Entering the Ocean Walk community we found it to be quite charming. It is also a very short walk to Neptune park, Village, and Pier, Lori and John's townhouse was very clean and comfortable with a boat load of snacks awaiting us. Area was quiet with very friendly neighbors and itself a beautiful place to walk around. My Wife and I would highly recommend renting from Lori and John.

We currently live in Milledgeville, GA and love St Simons Island! We visit as much as we can and are excited to share our townhome with you. There is so much to do there and the people are very friendly.
At home, I work as a Special Education Teacher and John is an amazing Paramedic. We live on a farm and have horses, one dog and a donkey.
