Welcome to my 4 bedroom + Den 2.5 bathroom townhome!
This home is located 6 mins to CN Tower, 6 mins to Trinity Bellwoods Park, 7 mins to Ripley's Aquarium of Canada & Rogers Centre, 8 mins to Simcoe WaveDeck, 10 mins to Art Gallery Ontario, 10 mins to The Tall Ship Kajama, 11 mins to Downtown Toronto, 11 mins to Harbour Square Park, and 17 mins to Allan Gardens. There's also a lot of different shops and restaurants nearby!
Cozy and inviting, you will feel perfectly at home in this 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home! Perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those who are in the city for business!
The master bedroom located upstairs features a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd floor front room has a queen-sized bed, the 2nd floor back room has a twin-sized bed, and the basement bedroom has a pullout day bed which can either be a twin or queen and a half bathroom.
There is a den with a workspace - perfect set up for those who are working from home!
The living room has cozy setup so you can relax after a long day of sightseeing or working. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make your favorite meal!
I have full sets of sheets, linens, duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone and a washer & a dryer - so you don't have to worry about that!
Spend your day relaxing on the patio with comfortable seating and bbq!
This home also includes high-speed WiFi (up to 150Mbps download and up to 15Mbps upload), Smart TVs in the main floor and basement with Apple TV access that is available during your stay!
Note: There is no free parking but there are Green Ps close by. There is also a secured underground paid parking garage in UPark Parking (entrance from Tecumseh), 775 King St W that costs between 20-30 dollars a day.
