A 2000 sq ft Penthouse in the heart of King West. Expertly furnished and designed to give you and your guests a quintessential Toronto experience.
The space
!!!! This space is NOT suitable for parties. My neighbours are sensitive to noise - and any noise complaints will lead to a legal bill ($700) that will be passed on to you - followed by eviction. !!!!
The property is a blend between modern design and warm sophistication in the heart of Toronto's entertainment district.
Property is available for photoshoots and film/video sets.
2000 sq ft over 3 bedrooms and 2.5 washrooms.
180 degree views of Toronto - from the financial district to the CN tower all the way to Lake Ontario.
The property is furnished with the finest designer pieces - including a Restoration Hardware sofa, a Walter Knoll dining table and a Steinway Piano. All mattresses are Sterns&Foster Lux Estate Pompano. The property is a modern and tasteful expression of Toronto living.
The kitchen is fully stocked with Riedel glassware and the necessary cutlery/tableware to serve up to 8 people.
The kitchen is furnished with soft-close drawers, a glass backsplash, and quartz countertops.
Every washroom is tiled with european marble or slate. Designer shampoo, conditioner and body wash will be provided.
A Bang and Olufsen Bluetooth speaker is available for your entertainment as well as 2 Samsung SMART LCD Tvs (50 inch and 60 inch).
The drapes are motorized in the master and living room to give you and your guests access to some of the best views in the city.
You are in the heart of Toronto. The clubs of king west (2 mins walking), theatre district (3 mins), TIFF headquarters (1 min), queen west shopping (5 mins), Rogers Center / CN Tower (10 mins) and financial district (15 mins) are all at your doorstep.
The street car is at your doorstep. Cab and Limo access is readily available.
The apartment is in the most vibrant and exciting part of Toronto. The CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Financial District, and popular nightlife spots are all within walking distance.
