Absolutely love staying here.

This is our second time staying and absolutely love it. The neighborhood is great. Our family really enjoy the property especiallythe pool. Pool was clean. Its at a decent distance from all Orlando attractions and local restaurants. Many food options. Will definitely stay again in the future if property is still available.

Nice quiet neighborhood!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Farther out from the hustle and bustle of the parks and resort areas. House is as it appears on the listing. We stayed for 2 months and only had 1 minor issue which the property manager took care of asap! Communication with owner and property management was top notch. House has everything you could need. If you are looking for a low-key, quiet, relaxing time this one is it.

Great stay

The property was everything we were hoping for in the stay. The only con was the distance within the community from the Main road. Again I had a great stay and this small con would not stop me from staying here again.

Disney vaca

We had a great time on our trip. The house looked like it did in the photos. The pool was clean and warm, our daughter loved swimming in it. Art was easy to comminicate with and answer any questions we had promptly.

Clean rental😊

The house was very clean and well equipped. We contacted the property manager about an issue the day we arrived and they responded immediately. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was very refreshing. The pool enclosure needs a little upkeep. Overall, a great place to stay.

Dirty house

First off green slim in pool, pool was cold, filth under and behind both love seat and couch, kitchen we had to wash all silverware plates pots and pans before we even use them we had to scrub the top of the stove which was glass and the inside of the oven which was filthy refrigerator had food debris everywhere on the pillar of resistance was cockroaches seen four of them while we were there three in the house one in the garage the last day was the one in the garage we did call maintenance she came out with a guy that sprayed the next day explain to me that they thought the house was clean all the beds and sheets smell like cheap perfume and sweat I would never ever book through this company again or at least not with the same person who owns this house it was very dirty I was very disappointed and there was no compensation made to me yet and when I mentioned the slime in the pool the maintenance guy said oh we're a week away from draining it what's that got to do with doing it now and my grandkids enjoying their self nothing very disappointed and the last thing is we were getting ready to leave I found a syringe underneath the bed in one of the master bedrooms not sure who had insulin or what it was used for drug paraphernalia but I did submit pictures to the website

Wonderful property

This property has everything you possibly need for your vacation. I have stayed in larger properties that did not have half of the appliances, pots, pans,, dishes etc. I appreciate that attention to detail. The property owner and managers are very responsive. Watching the wildlife is also fantastic. It's a little but of a distance from the main stip on 192, but not enough to not want to stay. If coming with a small group again I definitely would stay here.

Amazing Home and location

Our family of 4 had an amazing time at this home even during the virus outbreak was closing beaches and Disney which were scheduled to visit. Art the owner was very easy to deal with and called us during our stay to ask us how things were going considering the outbreak. Even though all restaurants were closed we had a beautiful stocked kitchen to prepare our meals and a wonderful pool to relax in during the day. The home was very clean upon arrival and all needs were exceeded. The morning coffee on the back pool area was wonderful with the sun rise and the view of the pond with birds and the odd alligator seen. Hats of to Art and the team of making our stay great even during the outbreak. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thanks so much Donaldson family

Beautiful property

We loved the privacy and the breathtaking view at this house. The house was very large and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a lot of fun in the pool and watching all sorts of wildlife from the back deck. We had a duck that visited every day, my daughter named her Wendy! 😀 We would definitely book this house in the future.

Spacious Home

Home is very spacious and quiet. Beautiful location. Only issue we had were the ceiling fans inoperatible. Contacted the maintenance company who informed me that previous guest may have removed the remotes from home🤔🤔 this made sleeping uncomfortable at nights.

Great for families, xmas 2018

We came to Florida to spend Christmas and New year here with family. The house was spacious and clean. The home was also equipped with the household essentials. All we picked up was food. The kids had a great time in the pool too. Although the community seemed secluded, getting anywhere was about a 15 minute drive, which was fine for us. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday. Our stay at Crescent Lakes

On arrival very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the villa. Very well maintained property, pleasant views from the pool area of the lake and wildlife. Close to all the amenities in the area. Had a month at this villa which was very enjoyable,and will certainly be booking again. Management company very friendly and accommodating couldn't ask for more.

Big nice house

Pool very dirty they said the cleaned it but it was still filled with bugs and frogs. The house was way to hot wasnt able to turn the ac down below 74 and the ceiling fans didnt work or have any controls to work them

Cozy & suitable

House was nice & suitable for us. Lake was perfect, hubby got to fish, kids got in the pool. Only a couple of things was there were no remotes for the ceiling fans box fans were available, kids rooms did not have TV's but we worked it out and enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!

The house was beautiful and well kept with modern electronics and appliances. All the amenities were readily available. The location was a little remote from the shopping malls and restaurants but within 15 minutes of the house.

Great place to stay!

Overall we loved the home. The owner was quick to respond and we were able to book in very short notice which was great. The house was clean and the kids enjoyed the pool. If I had to name a con... there wasn't much "household goods" like laundry detergent and dish washing liquid, or toiletries i.e soap. So if you are planning a long stay just make sure you come prepared. We only stayed for the weekend so it wasn't a problem. But overall great stay, highly recommend.

We enjoy traveling and visiting historical sites and museums and Art Galleries.
Many stare parks are within close driving distance, great for hiking and the ability to enjoy Florida's diverse wildlife. And of course, all that Disney, Epcot and all the theme parks have to offer!

We love the Kissimmee & Orlando area and all the wonderful amenities that are available. Disney, Shopping, Night life, Restaurants and of course the Beaches and Ocean only one hours drive away to either coast. Professional Hockey, Baseball and Basketball are all within local drives or taking advantage of the local Sun Rail just up the road!

It's great sitting out by the pool enjoying the tranquility of the lake and wildlife with our favourite beverage in the evening and having a swim! Don't forget to feed the sand cranes and egrets when they visit. Full time roving security guard and vehicle provides for added safety!
