Denna vackra 3 sovrum lakeside villa består av en kung master svit med en walk in garderob och ett eget, en queen size säng i det andra sovrummet, och två enkelsängar i det tredje sovrummet. Genom att använda rullande sängar i vardagsrummet kan ytterligare två gäster hysas.

Även om detta är en privat familjeägd villa har ingen utgift sparats, eftersom alla möbler och inredning är av högsta kvalitet. Den har en HD LCD-TV i både loungerna och i alla sovrummen. Det har höghastighetsinternet (wi-fi), kabel-TV, playstation 2 och ett välutrustat spelrum, som består av ett biljardbord, ett airhockeybord och ett fotbollsbord. För din extra säkerhet finns det ett stort kassaskåp för att skydda dina värdesaker. This home is amazing, has everything you might need and more, very clean, the location is perfect. We loved sitting in the pool and hot tub at night overlooking the lake. It is quiet and in a great location that is close to everything. The owner answered all of my questions before booking. And everyone in the neighborhood was super friendly. We have already booked again for November !

Great Spring Break Vacation!

Our stay at the Lakeside Villa was incredible. Everything was as described and even better. I mean EVERYTHING: the central A/C was efficient and quiet, the heated pool and hot tub were outstanding, the sunsets over the lake were spectacular! The house is very clean and well-decorated! Perfect property

This is the most wonderfully relaxing well equipped home - I had the best time. It’s in a lovely, quiet and safe neighbourhood and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It’s probably the first house I’ve ever stayed in where every single kitchen utensil that I needed was right there! There was a minor glitch when I arrived - nobody’s fault - and Faye at the management company responded immediately

Fabulous

Great location! Gorgeous house! Like a home from home. Everything you need is supplied, from kettle, iron and washing machine to barbecue, playstation, pool table. Lovely pool area. The MOST comfy bed I have ever slept in, perfect walk in wadrobe, tv in all rooms. Plenty of towels provided. The only issue we had was we couldn't work the safe. Aside from that, another amazing stay in this property. Thank you to the Owner, for all his help.

Perfect for Our Family

Thank you for opening your home to us. We really enjoyed the quiet, safe neighborhood and the kids LOVED the pool! If I had to pick anything negative it would just be to get the blinds updated. Having a gap in the master bedroom that faces the street was a bit uncomfortable, (we hung a towel) but that wouldn't stop us from staying again. Thank you again!

Couldn't ask for more!

My family of 4 rented the house for our spring break vacation. First vacation in 7 years! The house is exactly as pictured and described. Its much more spacious then we thought it would be. Anything you could think of is there for you already. My kids loved the pool and the gaming system. You are close to all the theme parks but far enough away so it felt like an escape. It was very clean and it felt like home. None of us wanted to leave! To top it off, Michael is very good with communicating and easy to talk to. He made the experience stress free and easy. We should definitely stay again and recommend the house to anyone!!

Southern White House Hospitality

I have used VRBO extensively the past few years and the 'Southern White House' in Kissimmee, Florida was an exceptional property. Well equipped, very clean, and exceeded our expectations. While we did not utilize all of the accommodations available, the property is more than adequate for a group of golfers, good sized family, or up to three couples all with their own bedrooms and plenty of space to enjoy the outdoor pool/patio, living/dining areas, and especially the game room. The pool table was a nice way to wind down from the full days of experiencing the Mecum Auction (about a 15 minute drive from Crescent Lakes.) The owner was extremely easy to deal with and his follow up for any and all questions was very prompt. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained, and affordable property in the Kissimmee area, that you make the Southern White House a priority.

Great home- lackluster management company

The host, Michael is great. He was very responsive when we had any questions. The management company was very lack luster. The reason for the four star rating is due to the management company response time. We had reported an issue with the pool light not working our first day at the home. It was not fixed until day 7; the day before we checked out. We truly only got to enjoy the pool one night of our stay due to no pool lights working. The management company should have gotten it fixed sooner.

Great Oasis

All I can say is that we very much enjoy our stay. The house is very clean. Everything was immaculate, Mike runs a very tight ship. He does not fool around. He gets things done when there’s a request. Beautiful Pond out back with tons of Wildlife , beautiful sunsets, I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer!!

Florida, immer eine Reise wert!

Im Vorfeld wurden ale Fragen unsereseits umgehend per e-mail vom Eigentümer freundlich und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Keine Probleme beim Einchecken ins Haus. Alles war sauber und so, wie im Vorfeld beschrieben eingerichtet. Es war alles, was für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt notwendig ist, vorhanden. Das Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage direkt am See. Wir hatten alle einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und waren uns einig, falls noch einmal gemeinsam nach Kissimmee, dürfte es dieses Haus wieder sein. ... Danke Mike Miller... Phenomenal Experience at the Southern White House!!!

Our stay at the “Southern White House” was nothing less than phenomenal! The owner, Mike Martin, was the absolute best!!! His home was impeccable yet comfortable! My family was able to relax and enjoy time together cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, playing air hockey and pool in the game room and swimming in the huge pool over looking the lake. Our favorite ritual was to sit in the heated jacuzzi after a long day at the parks... which was much needed by my husband and I! We were greatly appreciative of Mike’s kindness and flexibility when we learned of my father in law’s passing one week prior to our trip. Mike is an absolute angel and our family was blessed to be able to enjoy his property after traveling from Jacksonville, Florida to Baton Rouge, LA to prepare and attending the funeral, then turning around to travel to Orlando, FL to relax and enjoy our planned vacation. My husband is forever grateful to have a little time to enjoy our family and use this relaxing environment to remember his father. Great last minute working vacation!

After the SpaceX manned flight scrubbed my wife and I decided to take our two sons south to see if we could catch the rescheduled launch. We were able to quickly reserve this home and got to see not one but 2 launches from the Cape and Titusville! The owner, Mike, communicates very well with his guests and is passionate that they have a good experience. My sons enjoyed the swimming pool and game room. The fast WiFi enabled my wife and I to work during the day. The home is located in a upscale neighborhood within a short drive to most of Orlando’s attractions. Thank you Mike!

With the success I've experienced with that northern Michigan rental, I decided to purchase this beautiful villa in April 2017 in the shadows of the "Happiest Place on Earth" and other world renown Orlando tourist stops. I love hearing the wonderful stories from guests that enjoy my properties as much as I do... I'm certain you will enjoy the Lakeside Villa as much as I have the short time that I've owned it.
