Detta poolhem ligger i Doral Woods, Kissimmee, ett lugnt bostads- / uthyrningsområde visat sig vara populärt för familjer som vill besöka Disney, Sea World, Universal studios och vattenparkerna. Fastigheten ligger en kort 10/15 minuters bilresa från dessa attraktioner och 40 minuter från flygplatsen. Ligger på en 1/4 tunnland mycket poolen är privat, har solpaneler för att värma poolen - gratis - eller under de kallare månaderna Elektriska $ 15 per dag. Detta hem har många uppgraderingar - 2 king size-sängar, bänkskivor i granit, 3 badrum, spelrum, bordsfotboll, PlayStation 2, "cat in the Hat" tema tvåbäddsrum, 5 TV-apparater etc. tillsammans med uppgraderade utemöbler och en gas-BBQ är finns att hyra, levereras direkt till ditt däck. Hemmet har en stor planlösning - 2 300 kvm.

Fastigheten omfattas av ett 24-timmarshanteringsprogram med licens av staten Florida. Nytt - detta hem har gratis gratis långdistanssamtal, inklusive Kanada. A Perfect Stay: Spacious, Well-Kept & Centrally Located

Our stay was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The house was extremely well-kept. Its central location made it easy to explore nearby shopping and dining options. Even when we accidentally set off the security alarm when checking in late at night, the host was incredibly understanding and easy to communicate with. Overall, we had an awesome time and would highly recommend this property!

Fantastic stay near Disney World

We were a party of 7 and stayed at this property for 2 weeks during the UK school holidays and we had a great stay. The kids loved the pool and the fact that every room had a TV so they could always watch cartoons. All the amenities are there and when the dryer became damaged the host replaced it promptly with a brand new one that worked great. It's located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to Disney World parks and shopping nearby such as Walmart and Publix only 10-15 minutes away.

Tranquil private pool area

The area was quiet and we felt safe. The pool was by far my favorite area. Screened in with flora that gave privacy. It really was warm all the time .Michelle was easy to work with, cheerful, and responsive.I would stay there again.

GREAT/QUIET location

This was a great place to come back to after a long day of visiting the theme parks. Our first two days we came back and slept (very well). The pool was a good temperature and had a variety of pool toys. This house provided a lot of household items that other rentals lacked (toilet paper/pool towels as a couple of examples).We had a couple of slight uses but were handle quickly. We liked the neighborhood feel and the quietness of the neighborhood.There is some evidence of normal wear and tear, but definitely nothing that would keep up from renting this property again.

Thanksgiving in Florida

Our family was looking for a place to rest and enjoy sun and pool ! Was just perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood, nice pool and plenty of space for everyone. Kids love games too.

Pool time

Had a great stay with the family over Christmas. Good layout of the rooms in the house. Of course everyone’s favorite place was the heated pool. Michelle went above and beyond to resolve an issue with the heating on Dec/24, so Christmas was saved!

A great location and wonderful house

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the heated pool. The house is well equipped with everything you need for a long stay. Shopping is not too far away and the area is quiet.

Wonderful return

Again enjoyed this quiet located and well maintained villa. Loved the location and the private pool with pool heat. Still our best home in the proximity of Kissimmee/Orlando to go to theme parks and other places.

Roomy property
