Detta är den perfekta platsen för en tillflyktsort! Det finns miles av sandstrand längs sjön Superior bredvid bakdörren (150 steg ut genom ytterdörren och du är på stranden!). Du är 1. 2 miles från flyglyftbryggan, Canal Park och Duluth centrum. Huset renoverades nyligen hösten 2015. Delvis färdig källare inkluderar airhockeybord, svarta tavlan och tvättmaskin / torktumlare. 2 sovrum (en queen size-säng, en full säng), ett badrum, gas spis, 4 sovplatser.

Wonderful beachside vacation stay

We had a fabulous month long beachside stay on park point at 110 22nd street. I cannot say enough good things. We had amazing access to the beach, beautiful sunsets, sunrises, lots of sand, and fun in the water. The house was very cozy and cute. You have all the amenities for a successful family vacation including games, puzzles, movies, and air hockey for rainy days. Heather had the home perfectly set up for our family. The kids kept asking if we could move in permanently. We definitely look forward to our next stay in the future.

November 2020 Stay

70 degree weather for our 1st week. Amazing sunrises just steps away from rental. House was spotless, bright and full of amenities. Location can't be beat. Look up the Duluth Harbor Cam and Harbor Lookout Schedules and you can be at Bridge in 10 minutes. Very easy to practice social distancing while enjoying the beautiful North Shore. Heather was great to work with and you can tell that she really cares about her guests. Meant alot to us!

Amazing home and host

This home and host were amazing! Check in was a little bumpy just because the check in directions didn't explain that you need to use the side door and it was really late(dark) when we arrived, but that was honestly the only hiccup the entire stay! Host was super kind and helpful! House is perfect sized for a small family. It was clean, relatively easy to locate, and a 2 minute walk from the beach! We ended up getting a flat tire and the neighbors were also amazing and let us borrow their jack when we realized our rental didn't come with one... This was the best VRBO I've ever stayed at! 10/10!!!!

The best staycation ever.

I stayed at the park point beach house for an entire month in September/October. The host of the house was an incredible communicator and made me feel welcome from start to finish. She even helped me find some items that I would need to accommodate my stay and made sure to furnish them with the house. I can't wait to stay at this property again and feel the warm sun on the beach of Lake Superior. It was really hard to leave. This became my second home and I definitely left a piece of my heart in that place. 10/10 would stay here again and plan to do so next year! I miss it already! Thanks for everything Heather, you're a phenomenal host.

Great place on Park Point

Just steps away from Lake Superior. Well appointed house, with everything you need, including bicycles. We loved being on the beach and listening to the lake when it got riled up. The only downside is we couldn’t see the lake, but that was far outweighed by proximity an sounds. We had a wonderful month.

Perfect for our Family

Our family of four, children 6 and 9, absolutely loved our stay this July. Heather is awesome and was very helpful for any questions we had and for anything we needed during our stay. The access to the beach is unbeatable. Beach walks, coffee on the beach, and hours swimming consumed our month. It's a great place!

Comfy home with everything you need for a short or long stay

I can not tell you enough about Heather, she went over and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable. The home is updated and nicely decorated with up to date fixtures and electronics. Nice warm heat on those cold mornings, and a nice cool breeze from the lake in the afternoon. We hope to return and will use Heather and Steve again.. Thank you very much, Sandra V,

Great Experience

We just spent 2 great months in this home. The house was clean and well maintained. We had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay including bikes to borrow. The location was just outstanding. We were one house and a sand dune from the beach, a great place to have morning coffee. We were an easy walk to the Canal Park area for restaurants, movies and the many festivals that Duluth has during the summer. Heather is a dream. She was easily available and had the answers to all our questions about the area and things to do. It was a great time!!!!

Clean, cute, and comfortable

We had a lovely stay on Park Point. The beach house had everything we needed, and the owner was friendly and flexible. She even let us check out a little late in order to accommodate our toddler's nap. We had a great time in Duluth and our perfect location had a lot to do with it.

Felt like home

This home rental was my 6th home away rental and definitely included more amenities, toiletries, etc than the others I had experienced, not to mention higher quality. The beds are comfortable, the towels are plush and the kitchen completely stocked for all our cooking needs. The home has a lot of charm and has great natural lighting for photography. Heather accommodated all of our needs and was always quick to respond to any questions. We had a wonderful visit over the 4th of July and really enjoyed the beach. Overall, we had such a wonderful experience and will most likely book again sometime next summer.

BEAUTIFUL, cozy beach home

We came to Duluth from out-of-state for Grandma's marathon/a family reunion and lucked out to find this home on Park Point. Although our runners stayed at a house a little closer in to the race happenings, this was the perfect "overflow" home for those of us who came to cheer them on (was a lovely half hour walk to meet them and walk over Duluth bridge to Canal Park). The neighborhood is quiet, house is freshly painted and updated, tastefully decorated and furnished, spotlessly clean, brand new appliances and towels, beds very comfie and the beach is truly steps away with AMAZING sunsets. Best of all, Heather is warm and welcoming, considerate, and quickly responded to my inquiries - she even left Duluth coffee on the kitchen counter top. (we enjoyed morning coffee out on the cute little deck in the backyard-lucked out with great weather:). I highly recommend this rental and think it would be especially nice for a romantic get-away. Thank you Heather for sharing your lovely beach home and helping to make our trip to Duluth so special!

Steve and I (Heather) have lived in Duluth for the past 25 and 20 years, respectively. We call it home now and have a tough time seeing ourselves living elsewhere. Lake Superior has a draw and we've been mesmerized since moving here. We both love the water and spend a significant amount of our free time walking the beach, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing, canoeing and fishing. We love this area and always look forward to coming home when we've gone on vacation.
