Detta Àr den perfekta platsen för en tillflyktsort! Det finns mil sandstrand lÀngs sjön Superior bredvid bakdörren. Du Àr nÀra (4 kvarter) till flyglyftbryggan, Canal Park och centrum av Duluth. Huset renoverades ny vÄren 2012 för att inkludera öppen spis och bastu. HuvudnivÄ och övervÄningen har fantastisk utsikt över Lake Superior (du kan se sjön medan du kopplar av i klo-fot badkaret). Our stay was fantastic! Hosts did a great job. Nice to have the beach there, but no fault to owners, there's a fence in front of the rental placed by the city; it hindered the beauty and our access to the water after sauna. And we'd hoped to have a fire to roast marshmallows; not sure why that's not permitted (?). But we really enjoyed a sunrise beach walk and seeing the Queen of the Lakes, Paul R. Tregurtha, come into port. Great experience! We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing view of the lake with direct walk out to the beach! Just right across the lift bridge from Canal Park.The house is clean and offers all the basics of home such as linens, pots and pans, silverware, cleaning supplies.The owners are always a delight to work with and very responsive! I will for sure be renting again.

Terrific location. Walkable to Canal Park. We enjoyed the beach and front porch. Beautiful views and lots of windows. Appreciated the amenities like washer and dryer. Local family in town for a wedding. Will stay again!

We had such a great weekend at the Beach House - 1. This was our second time staying at this house, We have previously stayed at the Beach House 5. Beach House 1 is a great location! It's a quick walk to the bridge and Canal Park. My kids had so much fun at the beach. Heather is a great host and responds quickly to questions. We will be back!

Great Duluth home, right on the lake

The house was very clean and updated. It was right on the beach, which my kids loved! Super close to canal park and we walked there several times. We are already talking about re-booking this home for next summer!

Beautifully appointed quaint cottage with fun amenities. Loved the games downstairs and the beach access from the back door. Fantastic location close to fun bars and restaurants in Duluth. We had a blast!

Great stay!

We were in town for UMD graduation so we didn’t get to spend a ton of time at the house however it had a very well stocked kitchen, towels wash clothes etc The home was very clean. The beach was an added bonus! The beach itself was very clean and we enjoyed the time we spent there. It was perfect for 4 people. We hope to go back on our next trip to Duluth.

Duluth Beach House

We've stayed in this house a few times, both during the summer and winter. It's clean and cozy, and a perfect location for anything you want to do in Duluth. This December trip to visit Bentleyville was cold, very wet and cloudy, but it's always a delight to be so close to Lake Superior!

Steve and I (Heather) have lived in Duluth for the past 25 and 20 years, respectively. We call it home now and have a tough time seeing ourselves living elsewhere. Lake Superior has a draw and we've been mesmerized since moving here. We both love the water and spend a significant amount of our free time walking the beach, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing, canoeing and fishing. We love this area and always look forward to coming home when we've gone on vacation.

You'll have direct access to the largest freshwater lake in the WORLD (Lake Baikal in Russia is largest by volume, Lake Superior is largest by surface area)!

You are 5 blocks away for the farthest inland port in the world.

You are 5 blocks away from one of the largest lift bridges in the United States. There you can view Ocean and Great Lake ships from less than 100 feet as they enter and leave the port.

Minnesota Point is surrounded by water and the Aerial Lift Bridge is the only point of access by land. You are essentially on an island!
