Kom och njut av vår semesteruthyrning! Allt nytt 2015. Vi befinner oss i ett fantastiskt grannskap - nära Duluth's Spirit Mountain skidåkning & cykling, detaljhandelsområdet och massor av saker att göra och se! Lägenheten har ett komplett kök, vackert badrum och vardagsrum och kung sovrum.

Detta är ett fantastiskt utrymme i ett säkert område som ligger nära allt. Allt är renoverat och i bra skick i denna lägenhet, semesterutrymme. Sovrummet har en king size-säng och vardagsrummet hade en ultra plysch futon!
Du har tillgång till hela hyreslägenheten - vardagsrum, kök, sovrum, badrum, garderob och uteplats utomhus. Denna enhet är helt fri från trappor och har bara en liten stegläpp för att kliva över i brickan

Hermantown är Duluths exklusiva förort. Det är nära till allt!

Hard to beat fall beauty surrounding this property

We wanted true fall leaves and were definitely not disappointed. The unit is very nice, plenty of blankets and everything we needed. It was spacious and perfect for us.

Great Location

The house was in the perfect spot for our 4th of July weekend exploring around Duluth. In close proximity to everything but still felt private. Everything was very clean and the house had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

This was a great location for exploring Duluth. Though located on the far west end of the general Duluth area, local roads connected easily to the main driving arteries making it easy to get most places without undue traffic problems. The space itself was very nice. Clean, mostly quiet and if you have a cell phone, the hosts were available for assistance. If, like me, you do not like cell phone they were unavailable.

The property itself is in a lovely, semi-rural location, yet is only a few minutes drive into Duluth. It is a comfortable place to stay and has all the amenities you'd need for short, or even longer term stays. The hosts are very welcoming. I'd stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Great place, clean and quiet.

This is the second time we have stayed on this property, the first time being before COVID. Lovely neighborhood, quiet and easy to locate. The space had everything we needed to be comfortable and feel safe.

Cute, comfortable, great location

Checked in Friday late afternoon and left Sunday morning. The bed was very comfortable and I'm told the futon was comfy to sleep on. The entire place is nice and I enjoyed the view out the windows. Parking is close and not having to walk any stairs was handy. I thought the price was reasonable. It had a country feel to it while being close to town. I would like to come back when I can stay longer since we were gone all day Saturday.

Winter wonderland

Thank you for letting us come a day early on such short notice. We really appreciate that. Your place is cozy, well appointed, and in a wonderful location. We were there during a big snowfall and the wooded setting was gorgeous. It worked very well for us. We were there 3 nights and the first night we didn’t here anyone in the unit above us even though a car was parked in the driveway. We met the gentleman staying there as we shoveled the driveway together the next day. The next morning he got up about 5:30am to get ready for work and I was awakened by his walking in shoes on the floor above. The third night we stayed, a different group was upstairs and normal conversation could be heard all evening. They were not excessively loud, but definitely could be heard. It was distracting. We would definitely stay again but would rent the upstairs instead.

Relaxing, pleasant, convenient to everything

Lovely view of wooded area across the lightly traveled road. Simple to get to downtown Duluth and easy access to highways north and south. We even saw roses in October at Leif Erickson Park and the great fall colors at Hawk Ridge without any long drives.

Everything was very comfortable, slept well!! Taught a virtual mozzarella class and upload was good for that. Had everything we needed to help up teach the two cheese events at Vikre.

Comfortable

Location of property was perfect for all Duluth Activities. Neighborhood neighborhood very quiet. Plenty of space and comfort spaces. The sound quality to the upstairs unit was an issue when the 5 fishermen got up at 4:00 AM to get ready to leave. Otherwise excellent location and I will stay again.

We loved the park like feel of this property. And the previous owners had converted the lower level into a mother in law suite that had the most quaint northwoods feel with tongue and groove walls. Its on a quiet dirt road and there is always something beautiful to see outside, wildlife, a winter wonderland, the thick green woods or the bright reds and oranges in the fall from all the maple trees
