neighborhood that is a 10 minute drive to both downtown
Beaufort and Port Royal.
Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the river
from your private back deck. Gather the family around the
firepit on the back patio. Watch the boats and dolphins passing

Feels like home!

Very clean with a feeling of home. Checked all the boxes for us but it is an older home with a few upgrades. Great view of water!!

Great location

The house is very nice and clean with an excellet view of the marsh. It is only minutes from downtown beaufort.

Marine Corp Graduation

We were in town for my nephews graduation from boot camp. #SemperFi. The house was absolutely amazing! The first thing you notice is how clean it was. Take a few steps into the house, and you see the view, which is breathtaking. The cleanliness of the house could not have been better. The layout was great for my needs. 10 out of 10 recommend this property!

A window to the lowcountry

This is a great place to stay while exploring the Beaufort area. It is an easy drive to anywhere you’d like to go. The living room is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with condiments etc. Laundry available. Very clean!! Glassed in porch overlooks river. Bedroom/bathroom situation would be perfect for three couples, with each having their own space. I would highly recommend this rental.

Fabulous!

This property is awesome. It has a gorgeous view and the house is so cozy and quaint, while still having plenty of room. The "basement" with full daylight and access to the backyard, is awesome with a bed, sitting room with TV, and full bathroom, and a coffee bar was such a surprise! It was immaculate when we arrived, so many towels; beautiful showers, tons of pillows and blankets available in the closets. And if you work remote and want a great office getwaway, there are 2 desks, and great WiFi. Coffee pot and Keurig available. We cook alot, so many pots/pans/dishes etc. If you click on this property, do it- just book it. You will not be disappointed. Location is prime - just a hot minute to downtown Beaufort and Port Royal. We spent Mothers Day weekend here and spent hours on the back deck. The view, the view!

I absolutely love living here, especially during the summer. There's nothing quite like a relaxing boat ride on the water, or the beach, soaking up the sun and enjoying the stunning scenery. When I'm not out exploring, or shopping downtown, you can usually find me spending time with my two dogs, that I call children, Moose and Bean, or enjoying some quality time with my husband. I also love curling up with a good book and a refreshing iced coffee.
