Excellent Nature Views and outdoor seating. Watched spoon bills, herons, crabs and racoons and even Deer grazing right from the front door. Home was comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need. Pet friendly and has a convenient walking park right next door.

The location was beautiful right on the marsh. The host reached out to me shortly after booking and was quick to respond. The location is excellent and just a short drive to Bay Street. We utilized the pass to Hunting Island (approx a 30 minute drive) and spent a day on the beach. You cannot go wrong booking here!

My family and I had a great stay! We enjoyed this wonderful cottage for our summer beach vacation. The property was clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the marsh view was spectacular, and the location was perfect. My four young kids said it was their favorite beach trip yet!

Cute little home, with everything listed. Excellent location close to downtown, and a calming view of the marsh. Our only issue was the dampness in the home, which caused some allergies to kick in. Would recommend though!

Such a charming cottage with beautiful sunrises, The beds were super comfortable. So many extras in the fully equipped kitchen. Such a beautiful Spanish moss laden community. We visited Fort Freemont, Hunting Island, boneyard beach on hunting island, many other local sites. The pass for Hunting Island was nice and accessible for Handicap.

Loved this property! The marsh views were amazing and the neighborhood was quiet and super friendly. Very kid and dog friendly. Obsessed with the kitchen as well as the outdoor areas. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for us for this trip. Small enough to be comfortable yet big enough to have family come visit. We were even able to celebrate our granddaughters first birthday there! Such a great family memory. And I am a "kitchen" person and the kitchen space, utensils, and other necessities were just what we needed for three or four family dinners.We were able to "move some outside chairs around" for our stay to make it easier to have coffee outside every morning which was very nice. the neighbors cat even came over and hung out with us a few of the mornings. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and you had multiple choices for walking paths/places in the morning.We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet get-away that's close to everything. Just like Goldilocks said, "Not to big, not to small, just right."

It was a very nice home. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the trundle bed was apparently used as a dog bed. It was full of dog hair.

I’m pleased to say this might be one of our favorite VRBO stays that we’ve ever had, and that saying a lot! What a beautiful property… so well situated, and so near to everything. One of the most well stocked kitchens, too! We can’t believe the opportunity to be able to sit on the marsh morning and evening. If we’re in this area, we would definitely choose this house again.

Great location, easy to access… three bedrooms, three beds, two bathrooms… four towels for a weeks stay. Host kept in contact up to point we told them the beach access was expired and had to pay our own way in to beach when it was suppose to come with house. Outside that house was cute well decorated house and stocked with everything your need for cooking. Thank you.

Glad you enjoyed your stay in our beautiful town. As is the case for must short term rentals we provide a bath towel and hand towel for each guest,(and other towels in the closets.. up to 6 guests/towels in this house) when staying more than a few days it is assumed you will use the laundry facilities on site. The price and service in short term rentals cannot compete with the service in Hotels where the linens are replaced every day. As noted in your review communication was good … except with the beach pass . Please excuse me if I missed your request but I believe that was not reported untill your review at the end.

We are foodies and the kitchen was wonderful. We had people over for shrimp from Sea Eagle market. The only suggestion I would have for the kitchen is a shrimp de-veiner as we forgot ours. The bike trail is a short distance and the morning views of the marsh were wonderful.

The cottage was perfect! It provided plenty of room and was stocked with all the essentials. Loved the kitchen! Location was very convenient to downtown for shopping and dining options. We used the provided pass to visit Hunting Island State park. It was our favorite day!! Our last evening was chilly so we took advantage of the backyard fire pit. Truly enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and attractive. The salt marsh behind the house attracts egrets and adds to the peacefulness of the neighborhood. The interior is very clean and comfy. The kitchen is very well equipped. Julie, our host was quick to respond to questions and very pleasant. We really enjoyed the Beaufort area. We would happily return to Beaufort and to this home.

We were on a photography workshop and was there mostly at nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing I want to mention is the dryer vent was full to the max when I went to use it and had to clean it out.
