Om boendet

Custom designed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom coastal cottage in downtown Beaufort SC with two porches and designer finishes throughout. 4 Blocks from the water and less than a mile to the Bay Street shopping and dining district and waterfront park.

Primary bedroom suite features a king sized bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Guest bedroom features a queen bed. Third bedroom has a twin daybed and comfortable work space with a desk overlooking the front porch.

Great room opens onto the rear screened porch with a hanging day bed swing, perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails.

Fully furnished including full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room. Mini crib and high chair available upon request.

You have access to all parts of our home with the exception of one supply closet in the office. Make yourself at home!

We're happy to help with suggestions for places to go, but we will never be overbearing. Our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away.

We have a self check-in and check-out process, but our local property manager lives just down the road should you need any assistance.

We have maps and a list of all of our favorite bars and restaurants for you when you arrive for suggestions.

Home is located on quiet side road that is within walking distance to a Pilates studio, coffee shops, restaurants and downtown. Port Royal is the closest beach, but our favorite is Hunting Island Beach which is about 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic. We are 45 minutes from Hilton Head and 1.5 hours from Charleston.

Upon booking, we will send you a complete guide to Beaufort with our suggestions.

Taxi service and Ubers are available, but having a personal vehicle is recommended if you wish to see all the attractions that the area has to offer!

Furry Friends
We would love to have your furry friend come along, so dogs are permitted during your stay at our Beaufort home! We just require that we are made aware prior to arrival and that you please dispose of waste in the proper receptacles. Maximum 1 dog per stay -- $75 non-refundable pet fee per dog per stay. This deposit does not cover any damages or pet waste pick up.

Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend's home and we will do our best to make you feel like you're a friend staying with us!

Fantastic home and host

This home is beautiful!!! Great location and quiet neighborhood. Host is great and communicated with me promptly with any questions I had. Definitely will stay here if I go to Beaufort again.

Downtown Beaufort Close to Everything

Really enjoyed our ability to walk to the waterfront and restaurants in historic downtown Beaufort.

Very nice house!

The house is lovely and generally well-appointed. While the yard is small, it is securely fenced and our dog enjoyed roaming it (looking for squirrels). The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable, and just one mile to the far end of downtown, past numerous nice stores and good restaurants. Emails were answered very promptly, both before and during our stay.

Beautiful Home - Great Location

House looks just as pictured. Clean, beautiful, modern, comfortable. Covered patio with swing was a nice touch for a quiet night in fresh air. Tennis courts are within short walking distance from house. Water and downtown area are quick drive or accessible by foot via 15+ minute walk. There are some homes surrounding that may not have the same charm as this one but would not let that deter your stay as we felt safe and would absolutely stay here again on a return visit. Property management made check in super easy and the welcome packet was helpful to learn the area.
