You are within three miles of the heart of Cape Coral and just a short drive away from amazing restaurants, convenience stores, and local attractions, including Cape Coral Farmers Market, Jaycee Park, Yacht Club Public Beach, Marina Park, Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve, Cape Coral Museum of History, and Harbour View Gallery (perfect for buying souvenirs).

When you enter this recently updated home away from home, you are greeted by an air-conditioned open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and tiled floors throughout. Discover a welcoming living area that is perfect for lounging after a fantastic day exploring the area. Curl up on your favorite sofa and watch TV, read books, or play any of the provided board games. The chef of the group will have a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals, including stainless steel appliances and quality cabinetry. You'll also have access to a coffee bar set up featuring a french press, espresso machine, coffee grinder, and more!

Outside, the home boasts a heavenly screened lanai where you can spend hours lounging, relaxing, and creating everlasting memories together. Cool off in the heated outdoor pool, host summertime barbecues with the gas grill provided, sunbathe on the poolside loungers, dine alfresco, or lounge on the seating area equipped with a large TV. The primary suite enjoys a TV and an en suite bathroom that includes entry to the pool and lanai.

Things to Know
Please note that the air conditioning cannot be set below 72 degrees; however, ceiling fans are available to provide additional cooling.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
