The Space:
Nestled close to downtown Traverse City, our condo offers the ideal blend of convenience and comfort. Whether you’re planning a romantic escape or a fun-filled adventure, this themed condo is sure to delight. This unit has a Smart TV located in the living room, where you would need to use your own personal login to any of the streaming services provided on the TV. There is no cable provided. The spacious bedrooms feature luxurious king-sized beds, while the living room boasts a cozy queen-sized pullout couch, accommodating up to six guests comfortably.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the basic cookware and dishes you'll need to whip up a delicious meal. We also provide fresh linens and towels for your stay.

Fantastic Holiday Condo

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 adults and small dog. We made full use of the kitchen, laundry and family room spaces. The large windows in kitchen and bedrooms allowed lots of daylight into the spaces when we were cooking, playing games and watching movies. It was wonderful to come back at the end of the day from hiking and taking in the magnificent views around the Leelenau Peninsula.

Siblings wine weekend

This condo was the perfect location and size for a wine tasting weekend with my brother. Close to the mission peninsula, downtown and all our favorite spots in-between. We enjoyed the rooftop hot tub after a day's adventures!

Our stay was good. The place was super cute and cozy. The only "issue" was the parking. The parking spot I was assigned was already taken. But management resolved the issue right away.

Nice place

Very modern and nice amenities. Roof top hot tubs were a nice place to relax. Riley (host) was very accommodating and very quick to respond to our questions pre trip. Would certainly stay here again.

Exploring Michigan

The condo is in a great location to explore everything in Traverse City and the surrounding towns. Very comfortable place to stay with a nice full kitchen. It was great to have the washer and dryer in the unit to do laundry. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.

Love the industrial feel

Unit was fairly clean with a little obvious pet hair on a piece of furniture. Building was nice with a good location. Maybe a couple drawbacks would be that the bedrooms have no closets and the windows do not open. Also, only one assigned parking spot per unit.

Condo

The building is perhaps the most cheaply constructed new-build condo I have ever seen, but the unit itself is quite nice. Clean, well stocked and furnished. Parking space is reserved (numbered), although narrow. Neighborhood and location are fine. I would stay here again, and recommend for short-term visitors who are not going to be spending a lot of time in the unit. A good value for the city and location.

Checked all the boxes

The condo was clean, property manager was available when needed, location was good. The only complaint is the washing machine was extremely loud! The parking spot is extremely tight too Other than that, we had a great stay and would absolutely stay again.

Week vacation

It was a wonderful and very clean place! Had everything we needed for a great relaxing week of vacation!! Only thing we thought that could be improved was the size of the parking spaces!! Very tight when most people are driving SUVS and trucks! Other than that it was a wonderful week! Enjoyed all Traverse City has to offer!!!!

Traverse City Stay

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay at this super clean and well stocked condo. Everything was fresh and new. Great location and quick drive to downtown Traverse City. Check-in and check-out process was super easy. Would highly recommend this location and would stay her again for future trips to this area!
