Bay View Downtown Condo! Over 1,200 sq ft of spacious open floor plan ready for you to enjoy. Sleeps 6 comfortably and has plenty of room to spread out. Reserved parking spot and easily walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Also located directly between Sunset Beach Park and F&M Park, for a nice sunset picnic or for the kids who need to burn energy on the playground. We traveled to Traverse City with 3 other couples. We wanted to enjoy early Michigan fall. We played gold and pickleball, toured wineries, and enjoyed the food in delightful local restaurants. Traverse City is a delightful area to wander and shop!

Cousin get away

We rented this property for a 2 night stay and loved it! The main living area was spacious and the table was perfect for games at night. The beds and bedrooms were clean and comfortable as well. We had one minor issue with the shower and John was super helpful and took care of it right away. We would absolutely stay here again!

Weekend stay

Stayed with a group of 6 women for a girls wine weekend. The venu was in a perfect loction and had plenty of space for the entire group. I would stay here again.

TC quick getaway

The condo was very clean and, except for the couch (sleeper-sofa), very comfortable. Could use some room darkening curtains in the bedrooms. Excellent location, close to downtown, with easy parking. Hosts were responsive. Overall a very nice place. We would enjoy staying here again!

Perfect Location

The listing was accurately described and pictured. It was quiet for a peaceful nights rest. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked, check in instructions were thorough and easy to understand. I highly recommend.

Awesome Find Near Everything

We completely enjoyed the stay. Better than promoted , clean, very roomy and walkable to beach and downtown. Only downside is my son cooked all the eggs at midnight snack so had to walk across street for a McMuffin.

The condo worked out great for our needs. It has a very central location & was as we expected based on the listing. The beds were comfortable & we had everything we needed. Parking was plentiful for our 2nd vehicle. We had a great weekend.

Excellent stay

Condo was exceptionally clean. Had everything required for the stay. The location was excellent. Short walk to lake and downtown. Close to all the restaurants. Easy to get in and out of as well. Really enjoyed my stay and hosts were very responsive and even followed up with me on a forgotten item on day of check out. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy walk to downtown TC

Short walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants! Check in and check out was super easy. Condo was clean but the carpeted areas are heavily stained. We liked the easy access of the 1st floor. Didn’t do any cooking but did make coffee and would have liked a bigger mug. All in all a great location and a clean and comfortable place to stay!

TC vacation

The location was perfect. The unit was spacious. However, the unit reeked of cigarettes. The carpet, especially intbe entrance of the Master bedroom was filthy. There was a light bulb out in the master bath. Place just needed a deep clean or replacement of the carpet. It could be a very nice place.

Traverse City weekend

We found the condo comfortable and very convenient for what we had planned for a long weekend. The guys wanted to watch some college football at the end of the day and we struggled with the TV. Cable did not have the channels they wanted and the streaming options did not have the games. We were not in Traverse City to watch football so we still had a great time and enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was perfect for what we had planned and met our needs. Location was perfect.

My friends and I came to TC for a 40th birthday celebration and we had a fabulous time! The condo was perfect - great location, roomy, comfortable, and clean. The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to my inquiries. I’d highly recommend to anyone traveling to the area. My friends and I are already chatting about when we can get back!
