Enkelt rent hem omgiven av natur och skönhet.

Vid viken:
Privat söderläge sandstrand på West Grand traverse Bay med utsikt över Power Island och avlägsen utsikt över Traverse City-lampor. Se soluppgången över Old Mission Peninsula från vattenkanten. Kol och lättare vätska är redo vid däcket till BBQ på grillen. Ved staplas på stranden för att njuta av en lägereld på kvällen.
Under sommarsäsongen, paddla längs Cherry Cove på en av kajakerna och stå upp paddelbrädorna. Sitt ute på stranddäck eller i slutet av bryggan. Loungen i hängmattorna och sitta på stockarna runt eldstaden.

Huvudbyggnad:
Stort familjerum centrerar runt naturgasspisen med en smart TV och internetservice (ingen kabel). Sängkläder är försedda med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng och privat solrum med utsikt över en kristallklar bäck. 2: a sovrummet har 2 dubbelsängar. Köket / matplatsen är utrustad med allt nödvändigt.

Hjälplägenhet:
 Ligger ovanför garaget och åtskilda med egen ingång, ockuperat av ägaren deltid. Även dansskolinstruktör bor i studiorummet bakom garaget. Det är vår prioritering att gästerna i huvudhuset får all respekt för avskildhet och vård.

Plats:
Tyst lugn stuga gemenskap. Vägen är trevlig för en promenad eller cykeltur. Stranden ligger tvärs över Lee Point Road. Fastigheten ligger 15 minuter till Traverse City och 5 minuter till Suttons Bay.

This is a great spot with sandy beach and lake bottom. We found the house to be spacious, clean, and well appointed with modern appliances. Aaron is a quick communicator and addressed our questions promptly and helpfully. The property is about 2.5 miles from the Leelenau rail trail (paved) which connects Suttons Bay and Traverse City.

We enjoyed this stay! It was clean and cozy, and we visited during the extreme wildfire smoke so we were super grateful for the central AC. I had missed in all the details that the beach was across the street, but it was a really easy and safe walk (even with small children). The beach access was great though, especially the gazebo and fire pit. Thanks, Aaron!

This is a beautiful cottage and it is very well kept and clean. Our stay was in early spring during cold weather and the furnace was more than up to the task. Access to the beach is across an unbusy road, and the view of the beach and bay was very nice. Lots of amenities as described in the write-up, and everything was tip-top shape. We had a very relaxing long weekend in spite of less than ideal weather. I'm sure this property is wonderful in the spring, summer, and fall. I highly recommend this property, and will be looking to come back again.

The host was welcoming and the home and amenities were in good shape. The Home was spacious, comfortable and we especially enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck. We were unable to get the gas fireplace to work and it would have been helpful to have a clear list of items to complete before we checked out of the property.

I apologize for the fireplace being a manual appliance. It was running before your arrival and started after check out. The little sticker labels and my instructions can be frustrating to restart when the pilot is turned off accidentally. It may need to be upgraded in the future. The check out list maybe too short to recognize. The list is this: Start dishwasher if needed Start washer with no more than 6 towels. After looking into this I now see other listings ask for more. Things that should be added: Close windows Turn off water faucets Ensure stove is not on Refrigerator doors closed Turn off lights Cover hot tub Return kayaks and SUP'S, paddles and life vests properly Check all rooms, closets, cabinets and drawers for personal items Lock doors Text that check out is complete and house is ready for cleaning. I'm sorry your experience failed to fulfill the expectations offered from the listing pictures and description. I will pay for it thru a very unforgiving algorithm Lol. I hope to receive constructive feedback thru DM and accept suggestions as my "to do" list.

The description doesn't do it justice. If you're looking for the perfect Michigan beach day experience book now! I would love to return in the summer to take advantage of the gazebo on the beautiful beachfront!! This location is truly so cozy and peaceful. We saw a couple of snow storms during our stay and Mr Aaron was sure to clear the snow for us. He was a wonderful host! The creek going through the trees is the perfect scene for the hot tub as well! Gold stars all around!

The location was perfect. It was too cold for water activities, but having campfires on the beach was amazing! The host was extremely nice and accommodating, he even left flowers for us after discovering we were there on our mini-honeymoon. Will definitely keep this spot in mind for future trips!

You may find me working on the property, or packing for my next trip, as i am always on the go! I love kayaking, hiking and learning, with a special devotion to yoga.

West Grand Traverse Bay is a very powerful body of water. South Lee Point Road holds an energy of welcoming comfort and calm peaceful serenity. The property is surrounded by mature forest of cedar and oak. The crystal clear stream flows year round spilling into the bay, providing a cool aliveness of fresh woodsy wilderness. The cottage is tucked back into the shade of the trees, while the white sandy beach rests in full sun all day.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The view from both the family room and kitchen are so amazing! As the trees are as much of the experience as the bay itself.
Other benefits include: use of the gazebo, dock , kayaks , and paddle boards.
