Hemmet helt ombyggda vattnet hem med 3 sovrum 2 fulla bad. Hemmet erbjuder en öppen planlösning med stora unobstucted utsikt över Power Island, Old Mission och West Bay. Remodeled 2018 och nästan allt är helt nytt inklusive möblerna. Hemmet erbjuder högkvalitativa ytor, inklusive kvarts bänkskivor, rostfria vitvaror, hård yta golv och fräsch färg.
Bekvämligheter-Egenskapen har många bra hangout fläckar inklusive badtunna, tillbaka uteplats, enorma 10 fot kök ö, veranda med fantastisk utsikt, firepit och ett däck ligger precis vid vattnet. De 3 sovrummen har alla queen size-sängar med garderober. Vardagsrummet har drottningstorlek, drar ut soffan, om det behövs. Källaren är oavslutad men erbjuder extra utrymme tillsammans med en ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Stor gård är ganska privat och uppfart erbjuder massor av parkering. Wifi, Amazon Prime och Netflix tillsammans med HD lokala kanaler ingår på 56 "Samsung smart tv.

Läge-Ligger på den natursköna m-22 halvvägs mellan Traverse City och Suttons Bay i Leelanau. Kort avstånd till många av Leelanau länets 26 vingårdar. En lätt bilresa till Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbor, Leland. Shopping, Golf, Skidåkning, Stränder ligger alla i närheten.
6 miles norr om Traverse City för restauranger, shopping, Clinch Park, livsmedelsbutiker Uber är tillgängligt 😊

Vår familj använder för närvarande stugan och kommer att hyra ut för valda veckor och helger. Vi har haft närhet till många av de stora resmål som Grand Traverse och Leelanau County har att erbjuda. På grund av att vi använder det på många sommarhelger, kan lördag och söndag utcheckning avvisas. Dock och däck med vatten kommer att tas ut sent på hösten till våren. Hoist är endast för ägarbåt

Just Perfect, Chef's Kiss

Literally not a single complaint or suggestion for doing better. House was clean and fresh. Not just surface level clean, but inside the kitchen drawers, baseboards and fan blades too. Perfectly appointed, wasn't anything missing, cozy and comfortable. Enviable collection of mugs in the kitchen. Jeff could not have been more helpful and kind. We stay in the area regularly and will search out his options specifically going forward. Probably should mention the stunning sunrises over the water from the comfort of the living room couch. There can't be a better view anywhere. See you soon, Jeff!

October stay

The location is awesome. Beautiful sunrise from living room. Close to wide variety of activities. The kitchen was easy to cook meals. There were games and activities available for the evenings. The owners (Jeff) responded quickly to communication. I would come back.

Perfect place for an Up North getaway

Perfect place for a 4 day girls weekend getaway. The house was very clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The hot tub was such a treat for the cooler fall weather. If you're an early riser, the view of the sunrise over the lake is incredible

Lovely place

This is the perfect place. Location is excellent and so beautiful. We didn’t even use 1/2 the amenities. I can’t imagine how great it would be in the summer.

Overpriced

Fruit flies were all over the place, cobwebs in corners. Watched a spider crawl across the living room ceiling. The big panoramic windows were dirty. The comforters on the bed had a musty smell to them. We paid premium money for a less than average experience in my opinion. If you're looking to get the most bang for your buck, I wouldn't recommend this property.

Great Spot for Family Get Away

Four of us stayed for a week in the well provisioned and well put together home right in between Traverse City and Sutton's Bay. This really fit what we were looking for as part of an extended family trip with an open living room, dining, room, and kitchen plus comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen is well provisioned, basement provides great extra space plus washer and dryer. Game rooms in the garage were lovely on the one rainy day we had. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area as long as crossing the road to get to the water is okay. The stairs and dock make getting down to the lake easy and both the hot tub and fire pit round out wonderful options.

Beautiful View

The huge kitchen made it very comfortable for five adults to cook and prep meals easily while looking at amazing views of the bay. We enjoyed coffee on the porch, read books on the dock and could drive into town in under 10 minutes. Wonderful location! Any questions were answered promptly and check-in could not have been easier.

Simply beautiful

This property was a great fit for our trip to Traverse City. The location is convenient, just far enough away from the congestion and traffic in town, and has a great view of the bay. The floor plan and design touches are well-suited for working remotely and having the dog with us. Just wish the weather would have been warmer to enjoy the dock. Definitely worth another stay!

Perfect location and clean!

We had a great ladies weekend at this super cute, newly updated and very clean house! The view from the picture window was breathtaking. We hit Mission Peninsula one day and then Suttons, Hop Lot and Mawby the other so the location was perfect. Owner was also very helpful and responded fast to answer any questions I had. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful view. Nice accommodations. Beds could be more comfortable. Noisy street. Lots of traffic. 55 mph. Very happy it was pet friendly. Our dog loved staring out the window at the water.

Beautiful area!

We love Traverse and try to visit almost every year at this time. The property location was convenient and close to the city. The house was clean and relatively comfortable. The bedrooms were quite small, and the beds seemed smaller than queen size. Although the property size was large, with the home located fairly far from the road, the noise level from the highway was quite loud. Upon arrival, we had a glitch with the door code, but I called Jeff and he took care of it on the spot! He was also great when communicating prior to our arrival.

Perfect home on the water!

My husband, one year old daughter, and little shih tzu traveled up north For my cousins wedding and was so lucky that we found this house so close to the venue!! The house is immaculate, Has amazing water views, and is so close to Traverse City and Suttons Bay! The house has all of the essentials and more. We enjoyed a couple evenings relaxing in the hot tub and watching some football games in the garage while playing shuffleboard! We genuinely had the best time and we are so grateful for our time! We cannot wait to hopefully stay in the future

Beautiful view

My husband and I brought our German Shepard to the TC area to visit friends and take in everything the area has to offer. This home was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. The view of the bay was our favorite part, drank our coffee on the front porch every morning and evening cocktails there every night. Just be aware that during high traffic times the vehicles are moving quickly, so unless your pup is as obedient as ours you might want to reconsider bringing them. We had a great time using the bag boards and shuffle board when we had our friends over for a bbq. Also the large driveway came in handy because we had our side-by-side on a trailer and had no problem maneuvering it right in the driveway, without having to get out into traffic. Also the owner was always prompt with any questions I had. We will be leaving this home on our list of places to come back to.

Great WYSIWYG Property

Well located, exactly as represented in the listing. Perfect for family or 1-3 couples. Easy to simply stare at the lake all day. Plenty of towels, great appliances, dog friendly. Though we were off-season, the access to the lake is super convenient across the street (though I wouldn't;t let kids navigate in-season M22 traffic unsupervised).

Nice couples getaway

A nice house with a modern, open, spacious kitchen and living room. The hot tub is great, the view of the bay across the street is beautiful, and everything is clean and comfortable. I do think the price is a bit high. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small and we were surprised there was not the simple amenity of shampoo and body wash. Locationally, it is several miles north of Traverse City’s downtown, but you do have many wineries close by. The owner was responsive prior to signing, but felt like I was bothering him after that.

Family get together

Lovely spot with amazing views in mid October….very nice home and we enjoyed the fire pit and the table shuffle board in the garage was a big hit with my competitive kids! Plenty of linens and great TV’s and WI-FI.
