Relaxation hits you immediately as you pull up to the rustic-looking home and enter the spacious courtyard with custom wall work to make you feel like you are tucked away in a vineyard. The courtyard offers plenty of seating to sit outside and enjoy time together or wind down after a king day.
The front courtyard suite is great for someone looking to be away from the rest of the family or who wants their own space. This bedroom features a king bed and enchanted hand-painted murals all the way around. A large wall-mounted smart tv is great for catching your favorite show or movie. The master bathroom has a single vanity and shower. This room also has its own separate door code and entrance.
When you enter the main home, you are met with the unique feeling of “rustic meets modern,” with warm and welcoming original features, enhanced with recent and modern upgrades and touches. The formal dining room has access to the courtyard and allows eight guests to seat comfortably around the large wooden table. A large chandelier hangs over the table, providing the perfect ambiance. The kitchen also has a round table with additional seating for eight. The kitchen opens up to the living area and features a gas stove top and custom cabinetry and stonework. The counter space is perfect for laying out the buffet line and also has bar seating for two. The living room has a large leather sofa with plenty of seating and a 55” smart tv. Across from the dining room, guests will enjoy a game of pool in the pool table room. A half bath is just across from the pool table for convenience.
The living room opens up to a great golf view and a custom stonework patio, featuring a heated pool and spillover spa. Guests can cook up their favorite meal on the built-in gas grill, and eat in comfort undercover at the outdoor dining table. There is an outdoor fan for additional comfort. The guests who prefer to soak up the sun can enjoy the expanded patio and plenty of space to lounge with four lounge chairs and additional outdoor seating. A high-top table and seating are perfect for a light breakfast and watching golfers try to sink a putt on the Watson course. You will be just feet from the green! A built-in pool safety fence with a self-latching gate provides safety for the little ones.
The lone downstairs bedroom in the main home is the back king master. This large bedroom features plenty of light with windows on three sides and has direct access to the patio and pool. Guests will enjoy the 50” wall-mounted smart tv and ceiling fan for comfort. The bedroom has its own hallway with a large closet that leads to the grand master bathroom. The bathroom room features a large double vanity with a makeup stool and area. In true luxury, guests will enjoy a large soaking tub and a large cave shower with multiple shower heads and mirrors.
The fun continues beyond the full laundry room as you enter the movie theater and arcade. Many hours will be spent and memories will be made here! Featuring custom walls and woodwork to take guests to another planet, you will feel like you've just entered the cockpit of the U.S. Family Vacation as you explore the fun inside. Guests will enjoy a movie on the 100” projector screen with tiered movie seating for eleven. Even more, fans enjoy a built-in custom bar in the back row with seating for another four plus! Several gaming chairs are available for the little ones to spread out. If gaming is more to your taste, you can challenge the family to see who can get a high score in the Sonic All-Stars basketball game. Catch your thrills and battle side by side and race your family on the NOS sit-in racing game, with two seats. Play some of your favorite and nostalgic games on the Ultimate Arcade Golden Tee Complete arcade, packed with fun games. You can also catch your favorite fame or show on the 60” wall-mounted smart tv. This awesome room also has a separate air conditioning unit, sure to keep you cool in the Florida heat!
Upstairs, the little wizards will immediately gravitate to the custom-built bunk room, sure to take them into a familiar far away movie. The bedroom has custom doors and impresses even further when you enter to find six custom twin bunks. The custom beds are built so the little ones are each in their own little shop. The bedroom also has a 55” smart tv and plenty of seating to enjoy your favorite shows. The little ones will Jane the convenience of a half bathroom, just outside of the room.
The open loft area has a table and four chairs, perfect for spreading out and playing a game of reading a book. Guests can also catch some fresh air on the loft balcony, overlooking the courtyard.
In the front room off of the loft, guests will enjoy another king master bedroom, with a wall-mounted smart tv and ceiling fan. The room also features a built-in closet and bathroom with a shower.
The grand hallway from the loft to the other custom bedroom features hand-painted stained glass murals, designed to give the princesses the feeling of true royalty as they work down the hall to their quarters for the night. The king hallway leads to a custom bunk room, featuring four full-size beds, and custom flooring and murals throughout. Guests will be lifted away to a “beastly” ballroom where they will spend the evening dancing. The master bathroom has a shower and single vanity. This bedroom also shares a back balcony with the back king master. The balcony has outdoor seating for three and offers views over the pool and the golf course.
The rest of the royalty will enjoy the upstairs back king master. This bedroom is also very large and offers windows on three sides, like the one below. Guests will also enjoy a wall-mounted smart tv and access to the shared balcony overlooking the pool. For those that love shopping, the large walk-in closet with custom shelving will be a winner for you! A large master bathroom has separate vanities and a large corner tub. Guests will also enjoy a large shower with a glass door.

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue. Propane is self-catering.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
