The stylish kitchen with bar seating is perfect and fully equipped for cooking up your favorite vacation foods for the whole family. The chef of the group will be delighted by a large Sub Zero fridge, a built-in Miele coffee maker, a Viking microwave, a four-burner stove, an oven, and plenty of counter space to work. The kitchen opens up to a spacious and private dining room with an elegant eight-person table. If more space is needed, there is another dining table for eight right off the kitchen. The gorgeous and elegantly-decorated living room with its large flatscreen Smart TV opens up to the patio and pool deck. These spaces offer outdoor living and relaxation and its finest with outdoor dining areas, a propane BBQ grill, beach loungers, and the stars of the home: a private heated outdoor pool and spillover spa.

When everyone wants a bit of privacy, this home has six bedrooms that will be perfect for getting some peace and quiet when need be. The first bedroom is located on the first floor offering a flatscreen TV, access to the pool deck, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a separate jetted tub and walk-in shower. Head upstairs and you will find five more bedrooms, each complete with a flatscreen TV. Four out of five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
