Great Property

House was a perfect home base for a golf trip. The owner was super responsive to any questions that arose during our stay. I would highly recommend to anyone planning a large group trip to Orlando.

The space was really good; the house had a great layout. Plenty of things to do and no issues getting away from people if you needed your own space. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Parking for 4 cars, which seemed to be a lot for the neighborhood. Loved that there is 2 laundry rooms. The master bedroom bed was pretty comfortable for a rental. Usually, we go out and purchase a mattress topper but did not need to here.There were things that definitely need updating/attention, but I guess that is to be expected for a rental. There were a lot of outlets that did not work, there were quite a few light bulbs out. There was a bathroom that had a leaky shower and toilet, the upstairs master had a slow draining sink and the faucets seemed to have a hard water build up. Overall minor things, but they do need to be fixed. Also, there were no hot mitts for cooking, which would have been helpful. Overall it was good, within 20 minutes to Disney which was great.

Very nice home in a beautiful neighborhood. A lot of space, nice bedrooms with comfortable beds & sheets. Very nice showers in all bedrooms. Huge kitchen and dining area. Has is so nice and accommodates 8 adults perfectly - would be a 10 out of 10 if the little minor things would get fixed - Refrigerator seal Dish washer track Ice maker AC in downstairs master No oven mitts or holders And a few other small things but overall we LOVED IT !! Will be back !!

Nice house but many issues

The house was nice but there were many issues and problems. The pool heater did not work, the back fridge did not getting cold, several toilets were not flushing properly, upstairs patio screen was broken, direct tv was not working, and the wifi was in and out- making it difficult to watch movies in the theatre room. I would not rent this particular house again.

Great time. No issues

Property was very nice.. better than pictures indicate. Very spacious. Owner responded very quickly after contact. Very nice neighborhood. Security did show up to tell us that a few vehicles were parked improperly. Once we corrected that it was not a big deal. Overall great rental & i would definitely recommend & stay again for next event.

The Corbitt Cup Golf Trip

. Awesome place. Only issue leaving this morning. We are loading our cars to go to the golf course at 7:30 and the code locked us out said we didn’t have to be checked out till 10. We were just loading the cars to go to the golf course.

Reunion

The home was nice and huge. We had a number of minor problems as no internet, theatre needed to be fixed and hot water needed to be adjusted. There was also a minor clogged bathroom drain. All of these problems were addressed. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there and would rent again.

A lil' taste of heaven.

The pictures of this property on the VRBO app/site do this house, no justice!! This home is amazing! Everyone who walked through the doors those 3 days & toured the 2 story home was in shock of how we were kicking back for our buddy's bachelor golf weekend. There are a few glitches that need to be addressed.. But all in all, I'd comeback for another 3-4 days with my immediate family knowing these repairs were made. 1. The master suite on the 1st floor room temperature was not equivalent to the other room temperatures. The floor fan left in the closet kinda made up for it, but the air wasn't as cold as the house/rooms. 2. The closest bedroom to the kitchen. There's not lock button on that door handle. 3. The lanai/ground floor back patio automatic screen closures need to be repaired. Once again. The house was so amazing, the minor glitches didn't kill our bachelor weekend high/buzz. 😎😄
