Late Christmas weekend getaway

My boyfriend and I gifted each other a trip to the mountains for our Christmas to each other. I’m a little particular so I finally came across this gem. (It was big for the 2 of us, but hey it’s our vacation so why not) it was perfect! It snowed the last night, the views were beautiful. We made breakfast & grilled steaks for dinner. The decor gave a very “Yellowstone” vibe, which I loved. The hot tub was clean and warm when we arrived. The property manager called to check in to make sure everything was going smoothly which I thought was very thoughtful. It was secluded and exactly what we were looking for to get away from our busy work lives. Only a short drive to the cute town of Bryson City. Overall we really loved it. Thank you so much!

Perfect Cabin

Outdoor Hot tub would have been better if owner provided robes as it was 35 degrees outside! Beautiful views but tried to stay in at night because roads were very dark at night. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was lovely, hot tub was well-kept, and everything was as described. My only complaints were that there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher on arrival, and on our checkout day the cleaning crew showed up over an hour early (even though the rental company called to confirm our checkout time the day before). The cleaning crew arriving so early not only made us feel rushed, but they interrupted an "intimate moment" between me and my husband on our anniversary trip. We felt like our privacy was being invaded and it soiled the last morning in the cabin. Aside from that the experience was lovely.

Lovely Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely experience at this home above the clouds. Each morning we had coffee and breakfast overlooking the valley below. On our second morning, a doe and her fawn came up to the home On our third morning we headed down the hill, and another doe and her fawn were enjoying the quiet moment. The property management was very responsive to our needs and, on the day of checkout, made sure that our stay was enjoyable.Unlike other rentals in the Smokies, this was by far our best experience. It is quiet and remote. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Mountain cabin

We had a fantastic time with friends. Views were awesome from inside house and the hot tub! Takes about 10 mins to get down mountain but after that not far from everything we wanted to do.

Great Cabin

The cabin was spotless. We had no issues getting to it with the directions given to us! The views from the cabin and the roads around the area were spectacular. We couldn’t have asked for a better cabin to stay in. The town Bryson City wasn’t far we enjoyed going and walking around there!

Great week away

We enjoyed our week stay, we love the cabin’s layout so much. We took photos as a way to incorporate design features into our cabin we’re building soon Love the upstairs loft that you can lay in bed and watch the sun rise. The low clouds with the reflection of the sunrise was stunning.

It would definitely be great for a young family however, we would also advise potential older Guests to think & plan very carefully as neither of the bathrooms even partially conforms to even the basic ADA requirements. The gravel road is exceptionally rough and Guests should be advised (warned) accordingly.

Unexpected Beauty!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this vacation home to spend a few days away for our 6 year Anniversary. Absolutely LOVED everything about the place! Secluded for alone time, and breathtaking views of the Smokey Mountains. The only disappointment was that there were a few BIG spiders in our way. One by the stairs to the entrance, and the other going down the stairs to the hot tub. We had to purposely avoid them by being cautious when we walked up and down both sets daily. Other than that, the home was very clean, had everything we needed and welcoming. We will definitely be back!!

Loved the chairs on the deck with the connected table. Cabin was very clean, everything worked well. No complaints at all. Great stay! As far as the area goes, we found a beautiful water that we had all to ourselves, and we are not telling!
