Stugan innehÄller ett sovrum med king size-sÀng nere, och ett loft med 2 queen size-sÀngar. Alla bekvÀmligheter i hemmet och sedan nÄgra. Det finns ett helt ombyggt kök med alla Rostfria apparater, gasspis, diskmaskin, och till och med ett uppvÀrmt kaklat golv för att hÄlla barfota tÄrna varma pÄ morgonen. Badrummet har ocksÄ uppdaterats med ny tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare och skÄp.

I vardagsrummet kommer du att njuta av skönheten och vÀrmen hos en vedeldad kamin, storbilds-TV, DVD-spelare och 100-tal filmer att vÀlja mellan. Brasilianska Teak ger golvet en vacker varm kÀnsla. Sitt och njut av "G" -skalentÄget nÀr det gÄr runt hytten och Àven genom vÀggarna.

Beautiful home! Furnished with all the necessities and clean! Just make sure you bring the food and snacks you want with you, don’t go to the house first and then think you’ll go to the store. It’s a long drive up to the house so be prepared but it is worth it!

The view from this cabin is spectacular. Unfortunately, there was no outside hot tub, but there is a huge jetted bathtub inside the cabin that was nice. As Mark suggested in his instructions, it is essential to back into the steep driveway. The train was a unique touch and the wood burning fireplace was cozy.

The home was very clean and well stocked. The shower was great and the beds comfortable. Gorgeous views and very isolated. We have little ones that couldn’t play too much outside because it was quite the drop in the front yard, but our older kids liked to explore. They especially loved the train that runs around the top of the rooms, they were amazed! Very neat feature for any train lover! Be prepared, the drive up is mostly single lane roads when you get off the hwy, it is paved though. We were a little uncomfortable with the drive, but the owner clearly gives directions prior to arriving.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Smoky Mountain Depot. Our host, Mark, was friendly and quick to respond to our questions. The cabin was spotless and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The view is amazing, and the surroundings are utterly quiet. We spent almost an entire day on the porch just listening to the birds sing and watching the sun and mist rise and set over the mountains. The drive from the main road to and from the cabin was a bit daunting for us "flatlanders", but our efforts were well-rewarded with excellent accommodations in a peaceful and secluded setting.

Secluded Mountain Oasis

The Smokey Mountain Depot delivered seclusion with a breath taking view! The highlight of our stay was filled with sitting on the porch taking in the beauty of the Smoky Mountains. The accommodations were very comfortable and the attention to detail was definitely noticeable. Our visit to the Smoky Mountains was memorable with our stay at the Depot being among the top of our favorites on our trip.
