Beautiful get away

Went up to visit my boyfriend and his mom while they are hiking the Appalachian trail. Great little spot to unwind and relax with an amazing view of the mountains.

Anniversary Getaway

Visit to Birds Nest

We were pleased with our lodging at Birds Nest. We couldn't get enough of the deck with the fabulous view. The house was very comfortable and suited our needs just fine. This was a wonderful place to stay and explore the western NC region.

The rental company was easy to work with and Billy was a gem. We had winter weather move in and he helped us get an extra day for our safety. Loved this cabin and the rental company.

Magnificent

This place was to die for. There was spotless and had every thing that we needed the hot tub on the deck was fun, as well as the fire pit. And they view, OMG! Wonderful time!

Best time ever!

This property is immaculate and the views… there are no words. The pictures we took are worthy of a magazine. I will be framing some of them. We are planning another trip to this cabin and town in the fall. Cannot wait.. my highest recommendation!!

Private and beautiful

It was so wonderful and relaxing! Views are amazing and better than the pictures. The place was a lot bigger than expected and the privacy was exactly what we were looking for. Bonus: there’s beautiful rock wall on the side of the house that had water trickling down it while we were there. Great surprise.

Place is perfect

The place is awesome and is away from the heavy traffic but not far from everything. We slept comfortably and the cabin is amazing, I would like to buy it actually ha. The view is fantastic as well from the porch. My kids loved it and enjoyed being that close to the public access to the lake. Rather than drive into the tourist cities that are close to the cabin including a nice scenic drive to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge they said they had the best time at the lake. All around a good time and great place.

Birds Nest

The property was very clean and had a beautiful long range view. The house was well maintained and all the amenities were working . The deck had a hot tub, gas bbq, chairs, table and a fire box. We enjoyed the solitude and quietness of the house. The rental company was great to work with and we will definitely rent from them again in the future.

It was great I celebrated my birthday and started a new job .never was able to speak with anyone before or afterwards . Wasn't much to watch on TV and couldn't watch on my tablet bc no wifi other than that it was nice and peaceful

Beautiful cabin in the Smokys

My family and I spent a week at this caving. Although it did rain almost every day. We still got out to enjoy Bryson City and Cherokee. The cabin has everything needed and grocery store is only 17mins away. The one way rd up to the cabin does have some pull offs to let other by. The beds were comfy and the loft was a great view to wake up to. Start the coffee and sit on the deck and watch the clouds go by. No wifi and that’s was nice.

Pretty views, convenient location

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was in a quiet area, not far from town, and offered beautiful views. The house was nice enough. But our biggest issue was the rental company. We thought we could get away from everyone for a few days, but other than the first day we were there, we had something happen. One day the cleaning lady inadvertently came early, then the trash guy, then the rental place was calling us asking when we planned to leave. It was almost as if they had a booking right after our stay and needed to quadruple check we would leave on time. It was annoying and made us uncomfortable. The house was fine, but the experience from everything will probably keep us from renting from them again.
