Vackert Urban Beach House - Central Pacific Beach

Nyrenoverad från botten och upp. Vacker stadsdesign. Beläget i Central Pacific Beach. Bra kök. Stort trädäck utmärkt för sommarmiddagar och barnlekar. Liten bakgård. Lekstruktur i trädgården. Bekväma sovrum och vackra badrum (bilder att följa). Rymmer enkelt 4 vuxna och 4 barn. Enkel åtkomst till shopping och restauranger i Pacific Beach. 10 kvarter (1 mil) till havet, samma avstånd till Mission Bay.

Hemmet är ungefär 1350 kvadratmeter. Helt ombyggd med ny central HVAC.
Mycket rena och mycket bekväma sovrum. Sovrummet har en king size-säng med minne skum madrass. Andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng med minne skum madrass. Barnens sovrum har två enkelsängar och sängkläder för småbarnsstorlek och / eller vikbar stadsstorlek (liten) spjälsäng - alla minnesskummadrasser. Vi har också två dubbla golvmadrass för din användning.
Barnrummet har massor av leksaker och böcker (vissa också på engelska :))
Vardagsrummet har en soffa i L-form, platt-TV (som bara används för min sons videospel), och vi har också Apple TV som du kan använda. Ladda ner fjärr-appen för Apple TV till din telefon, eftersom vi inte vet var fjärrkontrollen är.
Det designade köket är fullt utrustat. Kvartsbänkskivor. Bänkplatser 5. Matsalen har plats för 8.
Däck har några stolar av loungebönor.
Av gatuparkering för 2 bilar.

Great stay

The house was wonderful! We loved relaxing and working out on the deck, the kitchen was great, and the beds were comfortable.

Great property in Pacific Beach area of San Diego

My sons, their friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property! It is very close to Pacific Beach and walking distance from great attractions and night life. The home was exactly as described and I would highly recommend it for a family trip to SD. I look forward to staying here again.

Blue house

Cute place! Decorated w/ a nice mix of antiques & modern.the beautiful piece as you enter could use a good dusting& de- cob webbed. The living room couch is adorable, but uncomfortable as it sits low & deep 3of the 4 adults were 60 yrs +. Gorgeous deck The back patio door was fussy. My biggest disappointment was when I contacted owner about no power on tv wall. It was @ 3:30 in afternoon & her response was she would send someone in am. Then later tried to reach her because it was now dark & we had no power except in bedrooms. We ended up finding the breaker box & found 2 breakers tripped I guess we heard from owner within an hour. She says in her listing that she lived near site & would be our on site host but we did not find that to be true. I could not find garage/ recycle cans so had to leave them in house

Home away from home

This was the perfect place for our family to stay. They had books and some kids toys. Felt very much like a home away from home and was everything we needed for vacation. Love it!

It was okay...

We stayed at this house last week (end of July 2021). Pros: The location is good if you're looking for a reasonably priced home within walking distance to the beach, shops & restaurants. The home is also spacious enough for a family, up to 6 people. There is one off-street parking spot, which is important as parking is expensive and hard to find here. Also, the host was very kind and responsive to messages, even though she was out of the country at the time we stayed. We also received a prompt refund of our cleaning fee (details below). Cons: The floors were visibly dirty upon our arrival, the rugs had not been vacuumed, and some surfaces were very dusty. The bed blankets and sheets were stained in spots, but were clean. I could only find 2 flat sheets for the beds - there were several fitted sheets and blankets, but not flat sheets. Also, the towels also had some stains on them, but were clean. I overlooked all of these things and made the best of it, until we had an ant problem in the main bathroom our 3 kids were using. I contacted the host to ask if they had any ant traps I could use and she offered to have someone come out and spray, but I declined because I didn't want insecticide in the house while we were staying there. She had someone spray outside the house, which helped, and had the floors swept, as the robot vacuum was not picking up the dust/dirt. The next day, the ants were almost gone, but we found a live cockroach on the toilet. Again, the host offered to spray, but again, I didn't want insecticide around my kids (especially not anything strong enough to kill a cockroach). The host explained the cockroach and ants were coming in from outside the house and they hadn't had any issues yet this summer. I get that, but of course, my kids refused to use that bathroom, so we were down to one bath for 5 people. Not the end of the world, but definitely an inconvenience. If we return to San Diego, we'll stay elsewhere. Overall, the host was very kind and tried to rectify some things (including a prompt refund of the cleaning fee upon request) but the sheets/towels/floors/bugs, etc. were not up to my cleanliness standards.

House was extremely comfortable. Loved the back patio. Great location, thanks Google maps because we drove all over and did as much as possible during the 4 days we were in San Diego. The owner suggested some great restaurants the absolute best being The Fishery. If I were to return to SD, I would definitely consider staying in this lovely home again!!

Great location, friendly hosts, comfortable home!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in June 2021. The location is very convenient. It’s a very short drive to either beach or bay, or to the freeway. And away from the noise of the beach tourism crowds. Grocery is walking distance. The home is very comfortable, with a lovely interior and great backyard deck. We were there with two adults and two kids but could’ve slept more people comfortably in the third bedroom. Hosts were very responsive to questions about check in and check out, and kitchen is well equipped. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to town!
