When you’re ready to rest after a day of fun, both the bedrooms have hotel quality queen size beds along with 55” TV’s for your relaxation. The 3rd Bed is a queen size pillow top blow up mattress with auto comfort.

No pets and no smoking allowed on the premises (this includes patios, and common areas) There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, pets, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

We are located in a prime location where a car is not needed because you can walk to wherever you need to go. Ubers are readily available to take you anywhere in San Diego. Enjoy the 2 free parking spots

After 2 adults, it's a $25 charge per night per adult staying there with a max of 6 adults staying at the apartment. Please do not smoke in the apartment as there will be a $99 fine applied for cleaning purposes. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Ring camera on the front door for security purposes.
