Brand new listing! This 4 bedroom/ 2 bathroom rare find is central to everything in Pacific Beach! Bring the whole family to this lovely retreat with lots of room for fun.

The Space:
This home has a spacious living room, large dining area, a work space and a well-stocked kitchen with breakfast nook. Multiple smart TVs throughout the house, laundry, and ceiling fans in the rooms. The fourth "bedroom" is a sunroom, separated from the master by a curtain. Please note that there is a separate guest living in the back house (no interaction necessary!).

Guest Access:
Check-in is contactless; you will be given a lockbox code 3 days prior to arrival. Our office is down the street and we are available to answer your questions 24/7.

Great place & host!

The place worked out perfectly for our group of 4. 1 couple amd 2 singles - we each had a separate room. The living space was ample. And the best part is you can walk to the beach, resturants, and cute coffee shops nearby. Aaron and his team were east to communicate with amd accessible.

Family Vacation

We had a great family reunion. King beds are comfortable! Bunk room is warm but there is a spare a/c. Great main bathroom and shower. Kitchen was spacious and stocked. Overall really great property! Walking distance to epic beaches and tacos.

Lovely Pacific Beach rental

We enjoyed our week at this vintage Pacific Beach home with modern updates, comfortable beds and furniture, and great location. Just a few blocks from the ocean on a very quiet street. And parking! Tenants live in the back part of the home but they have a separate entrance and driveway and we never heard them at all. Communication with Aaron was excellent.

Family Vacay

Our stay was very comfortable, and enough room for everyone. Everything is clean. We all loved it. ❤️ We were happy the house was available and we all had so much fun!

Nice house

The home was nice and recently updated, w/ comfy beds. But the kitchen floor tiles should be replaced (uneven and show floorboard underneath). It was very hot the weekend we were there and the window AC in the living room helped in the evenings, so did the ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Windows are original with the house and functional, but screens are warped. Lots of beach toys and towels were appreciated.

Comfortable family get away

We had a pleasant multi-generational family long weekend. Everything in the home was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Host was responsive and friendly. Great location walkable to the beaches and restaurants, and not in a busy area. Great neighborhood feel. Logistics: Lots of parking in driveway, we fit 3 cars. Large living room/dinging room. The two larger bedrooms are nice sized and comfortable. Bathrooms have been updated and have grab bars. One bathroom is off a smaller bedroom with a walk in shower in the bedroom. The twin bunk bed room is only accessible through one of the bedrooms and is 3 steps down. Full-size washer and dryer available. Overall great stay. We will be coming back when we visit our daughter at SDSU.
