Rymlig lägenhet belägen i en renoverad 1800-talshistorisk byggnad, i det historiska och turistcentrum i Madrid. Renoverat och aktiverat för 4 personer, två av dem i lättöppnande dubbel bäddsoffa. På Calle Cava Baja, bredvid Plaza Mayor, i de bästa restaurangerna för fritidsområdet, tavernor, teatrar, monument och leden. Exteriör, ljus. Ägarnas personliga uppmärksamhet för allt du behöver. Wonderful property in an amazing location, José was a fantastic host and accommodated our very late check in which we are sincerely grateful for. Apart from the steep stairs this is a gorgeous apartment in the heart of Madrid's old town

Incredible Location in Madrid

Jose was a perfect host and met us at the apartment to orient us. The apartment was comfortable for the two of us for five days. There were a lot of steps to reach the apartment, but we are both 73 years old and managed quite well. Despite the amazing location, the apartment was quiet and our sleep was never disturbed. Thank you, Jose!

Wonderful host. Location is perfect near Plaza Mayor and transportation easily accessible. Plenty of dining nearby. No elevator as it's traditional apartment though.

Incredibly fun location and great apartment

We stayed in this apartment in Madrid for the weekend before traveling south for the rest of our honeymoon. The host was a great communicator on making arrangements and let us check in early because we had an early flight. He gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The apartment is clean and modern. Be ready to get some exercise because it’s a fourth floor walk up. Totally worth it! The pubs and restaurants are next door and across the street— you could spend days eating meals and drinking wine/beer during siesta on this block, there is so much to do. Neighborhood and apartment are surprisingly quiet In the evening, so you won’t have any problems sleeping. Bed is very comfortable too. Highly recommend— a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

Apartment was excellent! Location was excellent! The host provided a lot of local information and was very responsive. The only negative was the stairs to the third floor.

Nice little place in Bario Latina that was a bade for our stay in Madrid. All the necessities were available along with plenty of places to eat and drink, and a nearby grocery store. Just be prepared to take 54 stairs up to the apartment!

Very Nice and clean

My husband and I had a great experience during our stay. José Miguel was very punctual. He told us he was going to meet us at 9:00am, and at that time he was there. He is extremely lind. He stored the luggage for us until check-in time. The apartment was very clean, cool, and very comfortable. We asked if we could stay in the same place at the end of the month, but it is booked. I can tell that it is a popular place. It is close to everything. Only five minutes walking to la Plaza Mayor. We would definitely stay at this place in the future.

Great location in La Latina

Great location: very short walk to Plaza Mayor and to the La Latina Metro station. Many tapas bars and restaurants right on the same street as the apartment. Entry and stairs: very secure main entrance door. Be aware there is no elevator and a 60 step climb to third floor apartment. This could be an issue depending on your luggage and fitness. Wifi: very reliable and high speed wifi, but signal was very weak in the bedroom which was farthest from the router. No issues in main room. Kitchen: well stocked. Microwave and stove worked well. Washing machine: we used once and worked well. Apartment had washing detergent supplied. No dryer but supplied drying rack was fine. Owner was very available and answered our emails promptly. He responded with recommendations about local eating, shopping and attractions. Overall a very good property. We would stay again.

Excellent stay in compact apartment

The helpfulness of our host and the central location of the apartment made our short holiday in Madrid very easy and enjoyable. The flat itself is small but has all you'd need for a holiday for 2-3 people. All was clean and comfortable and while there was a little noise from adjacent flats this did not disturb us and we slept well considering how lively the street was with lovely tapas bars. You can reach all the sights by walking or using the metro from La Latina. Thank you for a great stay in Madrid!

Amazing location on a vibrate street. Close and central we could easily walk to many of the sites. Being close to Plaza Sol it was easy to use the metro. We had a wonderful holiday.

A wonderful stay in Madrid

My husband and I went on our Honeymoon through Europe, and our stay in Madrid was the first stop. José’s communication was excellent, and upon arrival he was extremely helpful. The neighborhood of Cava Baja was absolutely perfect. There were so many amazing options for food and drink. We would absolutely recommend this apartment.

This rental is in a great location, easy walking to many sites and shops. It was cozy and clean. Our host, José, was very responsive and friendly. We would stay there again, if we are lucky enough to get back to Madrid.

Une très bonne adresse dans le centre-ville de Madrid.

Autour de Pâques 2023 nous avons passé quatre semaines dans ce logement. L'appartement n'est pas spacieux mais assez comfortable, très propre et surtout très bien situé en plein centre-ville. Les musées et autres sites se visitent facilement à pied, nous n'avons pas utilisé le métro. Un supermarché DIA se situe à 300 mètres. La rue du logement compte un quinzaine de café-bars et petits restaurants mais l'ambiance y est relativement calme. Bref, une adresse à recommander aux amateurs de la capitale très animée de l'Espagne.

Great stay

The condo was perfect for father and teen visiting Madrid. The location is ideal with bakeries, groceries, bars, dining, markets, and metro all within an easy walk. Bed and sofa were comfortable. Also perfect taking off point for tourist sites like the big 3 museums.
